I think it is newly renovated. There are 2 elevators. The room in this hotel is a lot bigger. It's very clean and beds are comfortable. The air-condition in a hot summer is heavenly cold, it feels good. One of the best highlight of traveling to korea is staying in this hotel. I miss the ambiance already

The electricity socket on the bed side table is not a standard outlet. So you have to charge your phone on the TV monitor part

I love that there was a cafe on the ground floor. The pastries, salads, and sandwiches were good. We did not have to go out to 711 to get breakfast. Nearby was city hall subway station, convenience stores, and a lot of restos to choose from! There was even an Olive Young nearby. Rooms were clean, and staff were friendly and helpful.

We were there during winter, so the heater in the room was up most of the time. Would have preferred the room to be nice and cool though, instead of warm. We had to open the windows to let the cool air in. But all in all, it was a wonderful stay.

I have stayed here twice now. It is a great location and the staff are excellent.

We stayed in the junior suite with our baby. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. Very happy with the staff and services in this hotel.

It's not the most fancy or modern of hotels, but it's a very comfortable and clean place to stay. Especially when you're out and about most of the day anyway. It suited us perfectly and we thought it was great value for money. We walked to most places in Myeongdong and it was super close to the Seoul Winter Fiesta - really good for winter tourists like us!

We stay at Hollywood room 1009. Spacious open type room, didn't have bad smell. Clean bathroom, however bathroom door is not closed properly, So the water is going through the door. AC is good. Close to 6701 bus stop to Incheon airport. If you are coming from Incheon airport to this hotel, just take bus 6701 and get off at the press center bus stop. The price for the bus is 18000 (Korea won).

Your staff was so awesome about accommodating our family all on one floor. We had older senior citizens in our group that needed help so we could all help by going to their rooms and leaving doors open and going back and forth to help when needed and no one person in our family having all the responsibility of helping so it was so much more helpful than you may realize when your staff was so kind to put all together, it was very appreciated!

I wish there was a place in your hotel for our family to gather and enjoy food. There were 14 of us all together and we were told not to eat in the lobby or in the seating area in the cafe, it would have been nice to have a place to sit and plan our day or talk about the day in the evening while enjoying coffee or snacks, we had donuts

The location is so central to all major tourist areas, from shopping to historical places. Lots of cafe and restaurants, either traditional or modern cuisine, around for your breakfast to dinner. Everything is accessible by walking. Going to and from the airport is a breeze with the service of limousine bus that stops in front of the the hotel. I would stay at the hotel again.

We put the green tag on the hotel door to indicate the bed need to be made up without changing the sheets because green mean environmentally friendly. But the housekeeping didn't ever once made the bes and they're quite stingy about toilet paper. You got three rolls during our 4 nights staying.

The location is very central, with easy access to transportation, shops and restaurants. The wifi is good, the bed big and the room was spacious.

There wasn't a window in the room, which was compensated by the room being quite big. The cleaning detergents used were quite strong, so the room had a strong scent. Bathroom was a bit dated, with streaks from leaks on the floor.
