1) The staff - they are amazing - polite, kind, friendly! They speak English and were trying their best to help. They work 24h so it's a big plus. 2) Room was very spacious with everything you may need, especially during a longer stay (we stayed 12 nights). 3) Comfortable beds. 4) As a lady I really appreciated a spacious bathroom with both shower and a bath, big mirror (also with lights), soft and clean towels, plus good quality toiletries. 5) The view - in our room we had 2 windows with amazing views - one facing the mountain and Gyeongbokgung palace, another - Deoksugung Palace. 6) Perfect location - you can reach everything very easy by walking or a subway (Line 5 Gwanghwamun station and Line 2 City Hall station). 7) Value for money is great!

This is more like an older hotel so everything will not be brand new (some old stains in the bathroom as well as a bit of rust in the sink from a dripping tap - but not too bad) but at the same time room is spacious and will have everything you may need for a comfortable stay. The carpet needs to be cleaned more propoerly. Slippers were also kind of weird - hard and uncomfortable but I guess it's a personal preference, I'd advise you to bring your own.

I forgot my glasses but the staff said that there is no return service. If you want to get it back, you have to go back to Korea. The hotel should process the return. Notify the return cost It doesn't require customers to travel across the country to get their items back.

I like the fact that metro City Hall station and airport bus stop is just a stone throw away from the hotel. There are 3 Starbucks around the hotel, and many other coffee shops. The Staur of General, and King Sejong is just about 15mins walk, Myeongdong is about 20mins walk.. there is a GS25 at the lobby that is open until midnight. I would definitely stay here again next time❤️

The hotel itself is a little dated, there are some stains on the carpet/curtain in the room, BUT that did not affect our stay. We rested really well! Also, it did not have as many places to eat at around the area (in comparison to Myeongdong)

Central location, close to lots of attractions such as gyeongbokgung palace, Bukchon hanok village, Cheonggyecheon stream and Gwanghwamun Square. Great connection to public transport. Room was good size and was cleaned everyday. Convenience store and cafe located on-site which was very handy and luggage storage provided at check-out if you have a late flight. Also airport limousine bus station located right outside hotel. Staff were lovely, very helpful and recommended places.

Breakfast was not vast, could be provided with more options but it was free.

I made two separate bookings (for a business and a double) and the staff gave me an 'upgrade' for the business room so i dint have to check out and check in again. And the room they gave me was a very nice and spacious corner unit. A very simple breakfast was provided. The location was very well connected to Seoul station (by subway and buses) and I was able to catch the first 6.10am AREX train to the airport.

My room's internet wasn't working. Had to tap on other room's wifi, but i realised that they have to be in the room for the wifi to be turned on (linked with the room card sensor). I stayed in a corner room so there were fewer 'neighbours' i could tap on.

Amazing location! We did a lot of walking with ease and there are public transit stops in all directions. There’s a convenience store, laundry room, and cafe downstairs and a lounge upstairs that has complimentary breakfast. The room was a great size and although a lot of people have mentioned that they felt the beds were too small, we had no issues sleeping two people in the full-sized bed during our 9 day stay. The property is quiet and clean. If (and hopefully when) we ever visit Seoul again, we will definitely be staying here!

Although the restaurant was closed because of COVID and maintenance, every other facility was kept clean and tidy. The staff was friendly, and they were well equipped to help with whatever we needed. Truly, it was a lovely visit, and I'm looking forward to booking with this hotel again.

I don't have any complaints. Everything was maintained well, and the staff was always eager to help. For me, the beds were perfectly fine, but my roommate said that the bed was a little stiff. However, that's a matter of preference, and I liked the firm beds because it provided my back some additional support!

The staff was so friendly and helpful. Mr. Koo always said hello to me and was so nice. I stayed almost a month and it was nice to made to feel at home.I had some trouble with my room the first day and he was quick to fix the situation. the location is central and a quick walk to the city hall subway which gives access to all of Seoul.

the facilities aren’t fancy but for the price it’s to be expected. also you can hear everything through the walls.

Fabulous service by the front desk. The reception staff booked a taxi for us to the airport and also helped me cancel a tour booking. The rooms are spacious. Very comfy beds and pillows! Warm towels in the bathroom. Toothbrushes & toiletries provided!

The shower had to run for 10 minutes to get hot water. I felt it was a waste of our precious water. Other than that everything seems good.

The room was bright and airy with 2 double beds, sofa and still loads of space for kids to run around. Coin laundry and dryer room, convenience store and coffee shop just added extra comfort to our stay.

Slightly dated furniture. Carpets & upholstery would benefit from deep clean.
