It was great value, I have spent more for much smaller rooms in NY. I had a spacious suite overlooking the pool on the 5th floor. I had zero issues with noise from the club and I'm a light sleeper. The restaurant is really good! I didn't feel like stepping out to eat my first night and really enjoyed the tuna tartare with quail egg yolk. The location was perfect for me, with easy access to transit and so many great eating and shopping spots nearby. The pool is wonderful as well. The lounge on the second floor is super pretty and cushy, nice for hanging out and socializing.

I wish the rooms had coffee makers instead of wasteful Nespresso pods. But there is a big carafe of coffee every morning in the lobby. I wished the pool would stay open later as well.

Where do I begin!? Location... I can't appreciate the location enough. It's close to everything! Food, entertainment, exercise, dancing, shopping, sightseeing, all available within the hotel or a 1 mile radius by the hotel! The view was amazing with the wrap-around balcony. The staff, everyone from front staff to security to housekeeping. All smiles, says hi with eye contact. Very social/friendly with suggestions to make our trip more enjoyable. Never bothered/harassed our guests who visited us during after-hours. The room... open layout, very clean, ac worked great with the humidity, bed was comfy. Bitter sweet having the club music going on during the weekends... some moments were alil difficult to sleep. But I also did enjoy the club music from my balcony other nights when I wasn't going to sleep early. In general, this is one of the most enjoyable hotels I've stayed in while in NYC!

Spacious and nice rooms. The staff was nice and accommodating.

The pool is only open 9:30 to 5:30pm. We picked this hotel for the pool and couldn’t even use it. We wanted to be out in NY all day and come back with the teenagers so they could hang out after a long day. Also one of our rooms smelled of mold/mildew. They were very nice about it but we couldn’t switch rooms until the following day (completely booked hotel). The new room was perfect.

This hotel is in a great location with lots of restaurants and bars within blocks. We were very impressed with how modern the hotel looked. The walk in shower was amazing! The beds were quite low but very comfortable. Considering it’s NYC, I thought the room was spacious. The front desk staff was very friendly. We rented a car and we were able to find meter parking right on Allen (Saturday evening was a little harder to find a spot, but Sunday was free!).

East Village has a lot of bars and restaurants so it can be loud at night. I bet other hotels in area are just as loud. I sleep with earplugs regularly so I slept just fine. The price was high. Apparently NYC is a very popular destination in December. Our room ended up being about $550 a night including the resort fee and taxes. But I did look very hard for cheaper comparable hotels and everything was about the same.

I loved how spacious the room was and it was fairly quiet. We were on the 9th floor and we hardly heard a thing. it was a great stay. to avoid disappointment of booking somewhere else, I would defintely book here again. Value for money plus the staff were super friendly

stronger/better wifi connection in the bedroom. I had to disconnect the wifi because it slowed down my connection to my apps.

Room size is very good for hotels in Manhattan. The furniture is well designed and the sixty theme is attractive. The restaurant is too good. The swimming pool was always attended by a life guard. Staff was helpful and prompt.

Furnishings, carpet and general infrastructure appeared a little old. For senior guests of the age who’d love the sixties theme and for someone like me having some foot mobility issues I would like to see some hand rails in the bathroom.

Spacious room size and comfy beds. Good wifi speeds and cable TV. Fast checking in and out. Good hot and cold water. Had a mini ref which I used for some food. Did not use the minibar.

Very thin walls. Was awoken by my neighbor's sexual encounters which I normally wouldn't mind if I didn't have my kids with me. Can hear their Italian conversation since io parlo Italiano un poco. Location a bit out of the way from main city attractions and rather pricey for 2 adults and one child.

The location is excellent. Rooms design is outstanding, modern, and functional. Amenities and extras features in rooms are great. Extensive mini-bar with a large variety of products. Close to iconic places like Russ & Daughters or Katz. With a short walk, you can get Shoho, Noho, Litlle Italy, Chinatown, Bowery, and West Village.

The bed sheets and pillow were very comfortable. The bed is a futon and low to the ground, so for some people the low bed may be an issue but was not an issue for my stay. It’s a modern Japanese inspired themed room. Loved the vegan bath accessories. Our view was nice. I love the separate shower and vanity from the toilet. Overall the hotel room is comfortable and modern. Desk staff were friendly and accommodating. The room size was great with plenty of storage. Rare in NY.

The cleaning staff needs to do a better job at cleaning the floor the entrance shelf with Bonsai on it (caked in dust and looked like it wasn’t ever cleaned. Dust was flying in the air and onto our suitcases). They only made beds when they cleaned our room the second day and did not vacuum or wipe the tile floor down. The bathrooms are simple and sleek and easy to clean, so cleaning staff need to clean the shower area better to prevent mold. Get a better cleaning crew. The restaurant serves a lot of sushi on menu as Japanese inspired hotel. Chefs need to be more careful not to cross contaminate sushi dishes with non sushi meals. My (non sushi) breakfast avocado toast tasted fishy.

Great spacious Room in a good location - close to Tube stations and walking distance to SOHO Clean and easy access Its a modern funky hotel - you get what you pay for and what you read in reviews / see on pictures.

Some of the staff were a bit too casual and not very empathetic.
