This hotel is great value, especially given the location. Staff were super helpful and friendly and when there was an issue with our room upon checking in, we were given a better room with apologies given. It's really nice that they have free coffee/tea facilities downstairs and somewhere to store luggage on our last day too. Plus free wifi was good too.

The room is basic enough and our upgraded room was a good size, but the first room we were supposed to get looked a bit grubby and small.

The room was small and the bathroom not very modern. The faucets were a bit weird and the water pressure was annoyingly weak. I think it was also super unsafe how the luggage is kept at the front of the hotel. Anyone can literally grab any bag and leave without the staff noticing. It was kind of expensive for the quality but I guess you pay for the location.

Comfortable bed, near the F train which connects well to the rest of the subway and comes frequently, staff were quick to fix a leak which arose and explained the issue thoroughly, check in was quick, staff were happy to take our bags into storage before check in and after check out, walls were well sound-proofed so you weren't disturbed by neighbours or traffic. Overall a really great experience and at a great price, so I would definitely stay again!

The wifi was occassionally tricky to access, I often had to connect, click sign in, try open a website, be told it was unsecured, click "continue anyway" (or something similar) and then I would be brought to the actual sign in page to put in the details, however this may be android specific. This was also a very minor issue all things considered!

Location is excellent. The place is simple, but all was clean, the A/C works very well, the towels and bed linens and pillows were clean and in good condition. So if you are looking for a place to sleep while you get things done in the city, this is a great option.

The soaps and such were of simple quality, but I travel with my own so it did not require them.

Motel was clean inside and out. Attention is paid even to the area outside the building. Staff was very helpful, courteous, and friendly. Location was good with quick access transportation, grocery, restaurants, etc.

Room was advertised as 214 sq feet. Including the bathroom, and being generous with my measurements, I could maybe squeeze in 170 sq feet. That was a very bad surprise. Also, one day cleaning staff left our door ajar. Returned late in the evening to find our room door ajar. Fortunately nothing was taken from the room.

The hotel was a great option to stay a week in New York. Location was perfect. Staff was very helpful. Our room was spacious, clean and had nice views.

Walls are thin, therefore when one of the nights some guests were very noisy (I assume coming back from the bar as it was around 2am) and you could’ve heard them as they were in your room.

Perfect location, just a block from the metro station which connects to close to Penn Station. Hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet. Not a bad price for NYC. Good Wifi.

I arrived 20 minutes before the 3pm check-in. Although I expected to wait anyway, was told that a room was not available as it was not finished with cleaning. As check out is 11am I found that hard to believe, especially as I was called to the desk to check in at exactly 3pm. I think this was following the rules for the sake of it rather than any pragmatic reason.

The staff are so nice and very helpful. Kindly help me change the room, and I really appreciate it. Coffee and tea are extremely convenient for us to enjoy every day.

The AC in summer was great from their side, because most of hotels they not paying attention to this factor.

They have to change the card machine, because the first payment I made was declined due to error of the machine and that cause a $1144 in hold with my bank and have to wait for 15 days to get refund. The second payment was successfully processed.
