The room and bathroom were spacious and equipped with essentials (shower gel, shampoo, hairdryer, mini fridge). The service was very thorough and extremely friendly. The location was ideal and the parking lot was large. We could easily reach the surrounding beaches and hotspots by car in a short time. We were also able to spend very quiet and relaxing nights. The bed was really big and comfortable. Although communication was completely contactless, we were informed promptly about all important things by email and WhatsApp and could have contacted reception directly. We were also very happy about the free drink at La Cambija restaurant; the menu there is great and we can also highly recommend it.
We had a little difficulty with the locker for the key, but it only gave us trouble at the beginning.

Overall we really liked the stay. We wanted to call out Lorraine the housekeeper as being very friendly and accommodating. She went above and beyond for us. The room was very cold which we like. Everything was very clean and in good working order. The restaurant in town owned by the family was very good as well. We had a room #2 on the first floor, the other rooms might be configured differently, so ask what room you are getting.
Our concerns were access to the beach was not what we expected. Once there, it was very rocky and too rough to snorkel during our visit. It was a far walk as well, down a road with no shoulders. We had hoped for a bathtub, but there was not one. The TV in the corner was to far from the bed. It was too small and needed to be either mounted from the ceiling in front of the bed or placed on a credenza at the foot of the bed. We could not even see the menu on the TV from the bed. The bathroom had no shelving or places to place your personal items. Needs counter or shelf space in the bathroom. Traffic on the road was a bit loud at night. You need a car to get around as it is close to town, but not in town.

The cleanness, very modern great art work and wonderful lighting and Brite colors. Bug free(lol) The view of the ocean and islands was just amazing....just perfect. The staff was just very friendly and helpful. The locals also was just amazing people showers of kindness and hospitality. Love the "Harbor" restaurant by the beach. And even though alot of the communication with the property manager was done via WhatsApp, it was fast & prompt response. I definitely recommend this location.
The kitchen was out of service at this moment, and even though they provided coffee on site it was just a weird setup out side.

Located on top of a hill overlooking Tres Palmas and Steps beach, you get your own private sunset beach view of the ocean and the beautiful rolling waves. The staff was gracious and kind and always offering assistance. Easy to walk to Maria’s/Domes/ Tres Palmas/Steps and a short drive to all the other local beaches.
As it is located on a busy road, sometimes you can hear the traffic going by but it slows down at night and you can barely hear it. If you’re lucky the local donkey will be in the pasture across the street and every once in awhile will heehaw at random. You can walk over and give him a pet too! Hearing him was one of the highlights of my trip and I will miss surf donkey.

Overall it was an amazing stay very cozy and nice. The staff was excellent and the maid service was thorough. I loved the location. I was able to walk to the beach. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room is just the right size. 10/10 on the room accomodations. This is one of the best stays I have had.
My only critique was that the restaurant was closed and when i tried to text or call to make reservations i did not receive a call back. By the time i reached someone i was informed that the restaurant would be closed for the remaining of my stay. it was offered for me to go to another location today however, i am traveling back to San Juan today. Once i arrived here it was communicated that the restaurant was closed. But the signs at the restaurant indicated reservations could be made. It would have been convenient to eat here and take advantage of the complimentary drinks.

The self check-in and check out, and parking, amenities. all good.
Other guests in the facilities arrived around 11:45pm and where very loud. They parked in front of our room and we had trouble sleeping after because of the noise. They didnt care of how late it was. Very loud. We tried to make them understand that we where sleeping but the noise continued. The noise continue for half and hour. Maybe try to have personnal of more strick rules about not to bother other guest experiences.

This little hotel's room was clean and beautifully decorated and there was an abundance of hot water. The bed was very comfortable and there was always adequate parking. Unfortunately, there was no restaurant on site but it was near to the beaches and there were good restaurants close by.
The location was right off the main road so it was a bit noisy (the windows let noise in) and the donkeys in the fields nearby brayed quite a bit. But this never really bothered us.

Outside of Rincon town, close enough for the quickest drive to get meals or go to a busy beach, but far away from the lights and noise. Beautiful views. Short walk to surfing areas and the lighthouse. Very comfortable rooms, big bed, nice bathroom.
No staff on site, virtual reception, but we didn't have data on our phones so that was a bit inconvenient. No breakfast because restaurant doesnt exist anymore

This boutique hotel exceeded our expectations. The cleaningness and the well kept facilities are the top of the chart. This hotel is a little retirement paradise. I recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and quiet experience.
My wife and I didn't almost find anything to dislike about this hotel.

Everything was exceptional and truly surpassed my expectations. Upon arrival, the ambiance was welcoming, harmoniously combining modern design with comfort. The room was spotless, striking a balance between luxury and functionality. The bed was notably comfortable, guaranteeing a peaceful sleep. The hotel staff were exceptionally kind and went above and beyond to ensure a homely feel. Additionally, the restaurant on the third floor was a standout experience!
