Room- Clean, spacious, comfortable bed. Gorgeous view and location quiet but close to everything you need. Pretty private beach. Hotel is chill and relaxing, not too busy and clean. Most staff are lovely people :)

hotel breakfast, expensive and rubbish. 2 rude staff, night manager and one cleaner that would perv at me then came into my room to try take pictures of me. General manager was unwelcoming too. THE HILL to walk D: the shower leak bad wifi

The view from my room was amazing! And the room was big and spacious. It had a lovely terrace and I was able to sit outside and watch the sunset. It was enchanting. There is a clubhouse near the hotel that had a great gym and pool and is a lovely place to sit. The hotel is on a compound that is very beautiful and feels totally safe. Also very peaceful and quiet. Breakfast is good—totally solid

The WiFi doesn’t work a lot of the time, which is really hard, because cell service is an issue for a lot of visitors and the property is pretty far away from the center of town… I had to take a call and it kept failing. Also I couldn’t check emails, book anything or order a cab etc. They staff is so nice! But there was a big language barrier (I should speak Arabic!! But I don’t and that made it hard) I figured it out, but it was a little frustrating. Also a lot of the fixtures in my room were broken (the shower, a couple lights the A\C in the bedroom, some drawers.)

Generally, for the price the hotel has everything one can hope for. The personnel was very friendly and helpful, the premises were clean and the breakfast was ok. There were not many guests, so it felt like sometimes we had the pool to ourselves. Food in the restaurant was always good quality and a very good price, so often we chose to have dinner at the hotel.

The hotel needs maintenance, there are a lot of things noticeable, that have been old or very used, like some doors, windows, bathroom furniture, and umbrellas on the beach and near the pool. The beach is private, but currently under construction, so we have to go through the literal construction site, once we need to get to the beach.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Pool area is gorgeous and clean. Rooms are spacious and clean, great view, quiet Menu food is DELICIOUS! THE CHIPS!!! Hotel is so relaxed, and in perfect location! Far from noise, but close enough to shops!

No free WiFi in rooms. The breakfast was good in parts, no milk for cereals, not a good choice of fruit & was always the same (needs banana and watermelon). Chips were cold and taste like cardboard. Boiled egg, over boiled! But good enough selection for 17 days of variety!

The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable all around. Every single person on the staff was super helpful and always seemed very happy. The pool was fantastic in these super hot summer days. They sold alcohol in the cafe, very nice. Smart TV. Big breakfast with a mix of local and foreign breakfast options.

The WiFi had problems. When it worked it was pretty good, but often had issues where it would connect but not actually provide any or very little speed. If you want to walk, it's a bit of a hike down and up the hill in the summer heat, though they did have a car service that would take you to the beach for free, so can't really complain.

The view was amazing, the private beach was great too, not crowded and easy to access👍🏾 The breakfast was the best💕 Good varieties of food both continental and Egyptian. The chef even makes omlettes and pancakes on demand💕. We love everything apart from the shower and water pressure which didn't function well.

The shower did not have pressure so taking a shower was near impossible. The water was gone for almost a day so no running water and it was brown when it did. The staff said they'd fix it but nothing was done until the next day.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were also very organized. They were expecting us by name at the reception. Check in was very organized and smooth. We had a family room, pool view, level D. It was very calm and relaxing. Restaurant was at very affordable prices and variable, but the kitchen was well equipped and the hotel was surrounded by many local restaurants to try. It was also easy to visit many other places at night like new marina and mamsha.

The pool water was cold, but still was nice to swim in throughout the entire vacation. The beach was very nice too, only rocky, no water activities. It was a minute drive from our complex, but hotel residence car was always there for pick ups back and forth with no waiting duration.

Place itself is great, clean and spacious, only minus is extremely firm mattress (but we've been in 4 hotels in last 10 days in Egypt and they all have firm mattresses), beach is nice but 500m walk from apartment, the view from the balcony was beautiful. Unfortunately we stayed only 2 nights so didn't have time to explore the city

There are no signs for reception on site, Uber drivers got lost on arrival and when we were leaving too. Breakfast was average but pizza, burger and pasta was below average. Maybe we get use to western style food but at least pizza should taste like pizza no matter where in the world you go. Half of the staff had terrible English, except from manager on arrival. That's why was hard to order exactly what you want.

The staff is definitely so kind and helpful. The hotel is ten minutes away from the City Center and it gives you a chance to avoid all the noises. The beach and pool are really nice and easy to reach. You can also use the shuttle for it. There are some cafes around the hotel. Also the hotel was not crowded and we liked the food we tried.

The location is okay but sometimes you nefes shuttle to reach the main road. There is construction in the building but I think it will be better in the future

The staff were friendly, spoke several languages and easy to find if you needed anything. The room was spacious and had air-con which was needed for the summer weather. The view from the balcony was stunning, being able to view the red sea. Breakfast was decent - variety of local and basic European food. The local area had some restaurants and shops next to it. The trip to the beach was made convenient with a minibus provided by the hotel. Security was at the beach and it was a private beach. Prices were reasonable for the services. I liked that the hotel was not in the center of town - it was quieter. I was not woken up by honking of the horns or any other noises from the street.

The water was dirty when first coming out of the shower - expected in Egypt. Wifi in room cost - Wifi in the lobby was okay, slow but free. In places the paint was flaky - needs a bit of renovation in places.
