The lady at the check in desk was very helpful and met our every need. It was my Wife and I's anniversary, and she even accommodated our room as asked. Coffee bar was nice and the breakfast was very accomadating. Being only a few blocks from the Galleria area was also very nice.

The BARTENDER!!! My wife had ordered a drink during happy hour, and she was overcharged. The front desk lady as mentioned before was very quick to refund us the amount needed. .... the bartender got into a full-on argument and was acting extremely arrogant to the other staff members RIGHT IN FRONT OF US! The nice young lady at check in counter maintained her professionality the entire time but you just could NOT tell this girl nothing! It was extremely embarrassing!

The rooms are good size, and the fitness and pool are good. The staff at check-in and check-out were super friendly and professional.

The breakfast was average—the same thing repeated every day. It was boring.

great location, 5-7 minutes walk to Galleria All the staff at reception is awesome and extremely helpful and full of courtesy and energy, specially want to mention Epi at the reception and Abdul at Valet are great! don’t know the names of people at reception, each and everyone there are fabulous!

Breakfast is terrible and significantly below par. just improve the breakfast and this hotel deserves above 9 rating. you have the right people!

Great location

Parking is terrible and having to valet the car was horrible. Paying for parking to stay at your hotel is ridiculous when the Indigo around the corner has exceptional rooms, exceptional location, and free parking. You can come and go as needed without the hassle of paying the park or valet person taking a long time to get your car.

Very friendly staff. Score: 10 out of 10 for receptionists - always prompt to help. No issues with early check-in, which was really helpful after a 16h flight. The location is also great.

The swimming pool area is not great for winter. I thought it would be indoors. It was covered, but on the top floor and quite open.

There was a last min change in my trip since there was a very poor weather condition(Snow). That caused us to change our stay and the staff was great at getting our accommodations. There was always someone welcome to helping

The breakfast and the workout room. A better variety with oatmeal that is prepared/cooked would be better. Also more equipment choices would enhance the feature

The fact that we didn’t have to request for any towels was everything to me! Housekeeping even kept our rooms tidy without us even asking! Topnotch for sure! This has definitely became my favorite hotel! Kudos for sure!

This hotel was located close to every place I planned to visit while in town. I felt secure while staying on the property as well.

Paying for parking because I wasn’t expecting it. I did like the fact that they offered valet parking.

The property was secure and the rooms were nice and clean. beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean, decent size. It was very quiet which was greatly appreciated. Maybe a 5 minimum walk to the Galleria Mall ( or 2 min drive) and accessible to major highways.

Our keys never worked. We had to get duplicates each day. Rekeying one always demagnetized the other two. that was very frustrating. They advertised self parking, had a completely empty parking garage attached, but only allowed for valet parking. the valet guys were great!!
