I like the fact that it's literally walking distance from the hotel. However, I'm glad I didn't because of the type of shopping that was done. Lol

The hot water wasn't working when I attempted to take a shower. I called the front desk to inquire about it. I was told that someone would come to my room to rectify the situation. A little bit over an hour passed, and no one showed up. I called back to the front desk, and nobody answered. I went to the front desk myself and then was told that maintenance was on it where they had to cut the water off and heat up the water lines. I ended up taking a shower in another room where the water actually was working. When I made it back to my room it still wasn't on. It came back on about an hour after I got back.

-The location is unbeatable. The Galleria mall is 5 min walking from the Hotel, and there are many store real close. There are several stores close to the hotel, so it was pretty easy to walk instead of taking Ubers. -Front Desk and the cleaning team was excellent, always happy to help. -The included breakfast was pretty good for the price included. The only downside was the service hours 6-9am and 7-10am during weekends. But just plan ahead your day. - Room was clean and had many amenities.

The only thing that I will point out is that the room that we selected had a Bed Sofa/couch as the second bed. When open the futon was really slim, so I had to ask for another one because it was not comfortable enough. That solved our problem.

Love the location. This property is close to the Galleria mall and water wall and only a short drive to everything we wanted to go, like the parks and Chinatown and downtown. Also Walgreens is only 2 blocks away. I also like that they have hot breakfast. Also the staff are nice and friendly.

We didn’t like that they put us on a corner room with only one window and when you open the blinds you could see the inside of the other room through the window. Also the smoke detector keeps chirping especially at night. We told the front desk the next day and someone fix it though. One morning after breakfast, I didn’t want to go upstairs anymore to use the bathroom, so I went to the bathroom in the lobby. There are 3 stalls, the first 2 are dirty and the 3rd one, no toilet paper. I think they should have someone to always check the bathroom. I told the front desk girl about it.

I liked how easy it was to get to my room. I basically stayed in a little studio apartment. There was a full size refrigerator, pots, pans, utensils, and dishes. Microwave as well and a dishwasher. The bathroom had full size shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and shower gel. This made it very easy to live.

The only thing I really didn’t like was how raspy my voice was when I would wake up. I think the air can get dry from the air conditioning. traveling with a humidifier would be a good idea. The complementary breakfast was OK but still convenient.

We’re relocating to Texas to get away from abuse. We have no family or friends here so the city is NEW to us. The property was in a nice location, this made it easy to get to things in the city and decreased my anxiety.

The only thing I didn’t like about the property is how long it took the staff to get us extra rags. We’d called the first night for rags and had to call a whole day plus 4 additional times to get wash rags.

Location, room configuration (king with sofa bed), great breakfast, friendly staff, kitchen in room and furnishings were all great.

I have stayed before and perhaps was in an updated room before because this one was a bit dingy. The elevators look a bit dingy. It was fine for my needs and it was comfortable, safe, and great to have breakfast and a kitchen... but I think certain areas of the hotels, and perhaps certain rooms, need a little refreshing.

Very nice stay, good location near the shopping at the Galleria. Some nice restaurant and bars you can walk to nearby. Easy check-in and the Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Room size was great and very clean.

Breakfast was very average but we felt it was fair for the price we paid to stay at the property, as it was a great deal. There was no ambience in the room, no music playing, just very quiet.

The location could not be better! 5 minute walk to the Galleria and plenty of restaurants nearby. Also walking distance to a Walgreens. The breakfast was good and plenty of options. They even have a Social Hour on Wednesdays that was very nice. For an added bonus, they offer fruit infused water in the lobby. Did not swim in the pool because the chlorine smell was very strong.

The pillows were not the best and housekeeping did not refill the toilet paper. We had to call down twice, but they brought them up quickly.

The room is very spacious and equped with all the necessary things one needs at home microwave, fridge, plates, coffee maker etc its feels like home away from home also the proximity to the Galeria.
