The hotel is a gem, nestled on a quiet street across from The Galleria Houston. It has been fully upgraded with modern touches in the rooms. Bed was very comfortable. The front office staff were helpful and made sure that there was a follow up to one concern with the room keys. The complimentary breakfast was above normal.

The elevator way in the back corner is a potential security concern. Anyone off the street can walk through the front gate and stalk and corner someone. Also, you really need to cover/hide the white free-standing toilet at the front of the garage. Really not a good look.

The staff is the absolute best! I love them! They do whatever whenever it needs to be done. The ladies in the kitchen cooking make breakfast feel like home. Very clean Very Comfortable VERY NICE! I will be back. The covered parking was a plus as well!

ONLY BAD THING IS THE DESCRIPTION SAYS THERE ARE BALCONY BUT THERE ISNT. The balcony is in the front like we’re you enter the room. That’s not a balcony. That’s the entry! WE MADE IT INTO ONE WHEN WE WANTED TO GET OUT THR ROOM!

Easy check-in/check-out, friendly and helpful staff, spacious room, comfy bed, surprisingly well equipped kitchen for a hotel (the only thing missing was a kettle, but there was a small pot that did the job for our morning tea).

The bathtub has definitely seen better days. It was clean, but the enamel looks quite damaged.

The location, security, and staff were all top notch! The room was nice, clean, and quiet. Liked having the amenities of a fridge, sink, and microwave.

This are not necessarily con, but something we didn't expect. We thought we were getting a private balcony, I am sure somewhere it said it was just the front of the hotel's door, since the doors face outside. But, if you were expecting a private balcony, then that is not something they provide. However, we were satisfied with the overall accommodations.

Very impressive customer service, Michelle at the reception was awesome and extremely courteous. She made our stay very comfortable.

The breakfast menu should include white meat petties like chicken and fish, as we do not take red meat and pork.

Missing top bed sheet. Shower hot water 🔥 hot. Poor weather stripping ard entrance door. Need all touchup paint. Not enough small wash towels (3 on hand for 2 people). No body lotion. No tv channel guide, direction, poor channels selections (1 free movie channel b nice, like HBO).

Our stay at the Residence Inn was great. We loved the complimentary breakfast every morning as it was convenient for us to begin our day. I felt safe with the gates to enter the property. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Overall the room was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with the proper utensils. There's also a stove and a dishwasher with pots, pans, and glasses for use. Our Room had a pull out sofa bed and a comfy queen bed. The residence inn is a great hotel to stay in if you're visiting Houston.

The complimentary breakfast could have had a little more variety but it was good overall.

It is an inn. With comfortable parking spot, large room with all things required for living like utensils, microwave, large fridge and well separated bathroom. Pool, hot tube included. Tasty breakfast and superb location.

great rooms, very private, and no noise. very close to the Galleria and the staff is very helpful. the breakfast was on time and it was good

there was an odor like pipes or sewer in the room. the cleaning crew used a very concentrated deodorant and even with that the odor was present
