Short stay here for business and the location is why I had chosen this property. It co-located with the Galleria mall and I could just walk into the mall for all things of need. Traffic going into this location is heavy, however, if you're able to avoid those hours, it's a good location with plenty of shopping and food options even beyond the Galleria. The rooms are spacious and facilities are sufficient. I would stay here again, given a chance.

The renovation of the property shows, and some of the items in the room and their mechanism of operation are dated. Took me some time to figure out the working of the lights, for instance.

The location can't be beat if you're going to the galleria! The rooms were nice, comfortable and clean. The staff was great!

I didn't realize that there are two Westins at the Galleria, and we went to the wrong one first. Not a huge deal, but it seems to happen often enough that they have maps already printed out with directions to walk through the mall to the other one. SO, just keep that in mind if you decide to self park, and double check you have the right side of the mall so you don't have to schlep luggage through the mall.

The front desk ladies were very nice. Beautiful comfortable rooms. Robes were a nice touch. The ambiance throughout the hotel was beautiful. Breakfast at the Daily Grill was super good. Connecting to the Galleria Mall was a plus. All of the Christmas 🎄 lights and decorations were beautiful.

The room could have been a bit bigger. The bathroom was lacking in luxury. I was expecting a freestanding tub as per the pictures and there was no tub at all. When I asked about a room with a tub I got one with a sunken tub and not the freestanding tub

I like the location, the bar, the fact that the mall was right there. The pool was nice. The cleanness.

There was no coffee available in the lobby. My shower didn't work. The water didn't turn off. Maintenance came quick and fixed it so I thought. The next day the water didn't come on at all. I called for sheets for the sofa bed. The staff that brought the sheets in a timely manner. Smelled like a pound of weed.

Nice Hotel conneted to a shopping mall. Great restaurants around, free parking next to it.

Much too expensive for the room.

I was impatient waiting for someone to bring my bags up. I know you have a service for that but you guys were busy. I just grabbed a cart

Proximity to the shopping center, plenty of food choices. The room is clean and very spacious with a good view.

Breakfast took a long time to wait. (Could just be occasional, since it’s Copa America game day)

Location, decor and cleanliness. Friendly staff.
