The first day my son said this was the best breakfast buffet he's ever had in a hotel, and I agree. We were looking forward to it each morning. We would start by making apple, carrot and ginger juice in the centrifuge juicer. The delicious freshly baked bread and buns. Yoghurt, and a nice variety of cheeses, cold cuts, jams, sweet and savoury pastries. An egg boiler allowed you to make soft or hard boiled eggs. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate. On top of that the view is beautiful from the breakfast room. The staff work hard and provide service with a smile. The place is spotless. We used the spa (outdoor hot tub with a view, sauna, steam room and relaxation rooms) each day after skiing and didn't have sore muscles because of it. The apartment we had was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen well stocked even though we didn't use it. La Bercia restaurant is fantastic as well and we ate there three times during our stay.

Beautiful setting and the property is finished to a very high standard. We had a wonderful stay. Spotlessly clean. Robes provided. The mattress was to die for.

The wellness facilities are only open for a few hours, I would have liked to spend longer on a rainy day. For the price, a few extras in the kitchen would have nice such as oil, coffee pods (and type of pods are not found at the local supermarket).

We were 6 people, took the big apartment. It was very clean, well maintained and organized. The views of the Dolomites are fantastic, with green mountains in front of you. There is a Jacuzzi and swimming pool that the kids liked. Breakfast was good, with fresh orange juice and omelet you can order (small extra charge). Overall we enjoyed the place and hospitality.

Its a bit of a drive from larger cities (like Bolzano - 1.5 hours drive). So better visit the La Villa area, which has lots of attractions.

Very good and tasty breakfasts with large selection of hot and cold drinks. I especially enjoyed freshly squeezed orange juice and great coffee. Adding to it beautiful view on the mountains.

As far as facilities are concerned everything was perfect. It was a bit too warm from my perspective considering beginning of February, but ski slopes were properly serviced so no issues with skiing.

We had a fantastic ski holiday – everything was top quality, from the comfortable rooms and excellent service to the fantastic breakfast. The hotel is perfectly located, close to the slopes and right next to the skibus stop. A perfect place to stay – we’ll definitely come back!

The breakfast is excellent. We love using the vege juicer. We had it every day. We specifically enjoy the sauna, steam bath and jacuzzi after a long day hiking in the Dolomites. The view from our balcony is wonderful. The majestic Dolomites mountain greets us each morning.

Breakfast was great from our perspective. Attitude of the lady managing the breakfast was a bit arrogant though: almost screamed at me when I turned on juice making machine to make juice, said only she can do it ( while I turned it on correctly and carefully).

Sending us back from reception to our apartment located in another building to bring them back sauna robes was kind of a shock. They could have told us in advance that we need to bring it at checkout or ask personnel to check it in the room.

The apartment was nicely furnished and looked very new, kitchen had everything we needed. The spa area was absolutely stunning, we loved relaxing with a view on the mountains after the sauna. From La Bercia to the cable car it’s around 10 minutes to walk, there’s a supermarket next door and also many restaurants. The breakfast included a delicious freshly made fruit salad and freshly pressed orange juice.

After being so impressed with the rooms and spa area, we were a bit disappointed by the breakfast. Would be great to offer a non-dairy alternative for yoghurt and milk

Breakfast was simple but everything one would need. Proteins, carbs and sugar. I loved they have a juicer so you can mix your own fresh juice. That i have never seen before. And off course GREAT coffee.

Nothing i can complain about this trip. Everything was just perfect. We had everything we needed. I highly recommend it.

Great room, clean & tidy, awesome view, great breakfast

Onsite restaurant was average, but to be fair is not directly a part of the hotel. Sliding door in room would not shut fully and meant it was a bit noisy
