Beautifully appointed hotel with spacious rooms and divine views! We did not initially sign up for the dinner board option, but I highly recommend it. The food was delicious and creative. My husband is vegan and they were happy to make or adjust the dishes for him. The first day they made him something on the fly because our dinner plans fell through - we were so grateful for that! If you can, give them a heads up if you want vegan dinner so they can plan for it. The views from the dining room and rooms are stunning. We didn't have time for the spa, but we walked through it and it is gorgeous and definitely worth allotting some time for if you can.

The facilities were great! Warm jacuzzi in the cold outdoor was very nice! Warm indoor swimming pool! Amazing relaxing room! The room was really comfortable and beautiful too! Looks well maintained.

We found 2 out of 3 staff that we encountered not very nice.. the man at the breakfast service and another lady whom we're not sure what position she is. The whole breakfast service felt that we were treated differently than other Caucasian guests, i hope its just the language barrier. And when i asked if he can please extend the sunscreen (right after he closed it and the sunlight was hitting me directly as i was facing the glass and it was too bright), he reacted "oh my god!" Followed with some other language that i couldn't understand. However, i would like to call appreciation to the man at the reception counter whom was very friendly and helped us with our luggage to our room and also made the checkout process fast and pleasant too!

Everything was perfect. The view from the room was exceptional, access to the ski slopes a few meters away, delicious food, beautiful pool and spa with mountain view, nice staff, clean rooms, great ski storage room, covered free parking… amazing vacation. Berta

tHE VIEW! Mostly staff is friendly but you have to talk to them to get that smile out :) View is everything!!! Relaxation area with the pool and spas is amazing!

Change of towels is 7Euro, and still water out of the fridge iss 4euro. With this prize, those should be included in the room rate.

Location, foods, cleanliness

I stayed there for 4 nights, but the staff book my dinning table, both breakfast and dinner at the same table with no view. Until last day they changed the table for our breakfast but, still, with no windows view of the gigantic mountain. Maybe they save the nice view table for the guest who stay with higher class of room.

Everything! Beautiful modern room, great wifi, lovely pool and spa, food was excellent, staff lovely. Centre of town.

They don’t accept Amex cards which is common in the area but annoying for me when I monitor all my travel with this card. No tea or coffee maker in the room which I feel should be in a 4* room- I don’t want to call room service for an early morning tea in bed.

The breakfast and dinner were delicious. I loved the spa area, the pool, saunas.

The room we got was facing the car parking and a road and was a bit noisy. We could also hear sounds from the reception which wasn't far. The shower door in our room wasn't closing properly. There was no kettle in the room. The jacuzzi outside was too cold and required tokens to operate which was strange.

Stylish hotel with a luxurious feel . Comfortable and spacious rooms. Good restaurant and bar Friendly and helpful staff.

Would be nice to have tea and coffee facilities in the room

The location is really nice and the rooms are very spacious and give a feeling of coziness. The food was great, especially the pea soup with shrimp. The waiters did a great job and made everything feel like home, really professional work from them.
