The location was very nice. Not too far from the center, walkable. The host is very friendly and talkative. He is clearly enjoying life. The room had good airconditioning and an ensuite bathroom.

The breakfast the first day was ok, but not as previous people described it. Coffee/tea, a croissant with cream cheese, some eggs and some fruit. Maybe because we were the only people there, that it was less. The second day, it was a bit bigger and different, maybe because there was one extra room rented. There are however some pictures from other visitors that show a greater/fancier breakfast. It would be better that the breakfast wouldn't be so different in quality every day.

The owner was extremely kind and welcoming; even though check-in was at 17.00 he allowed me to get in earlier because it was raining, and also lent us an umbrella! The house is lovely and warm, our room was huge and very cozy with a piano and a fireplace (not working) that gave a wonderful atmosphere. The shared bathroom is also very cozy and warm, there's everything you need and beyond and the shower is very spacious and relaxing. Breakfast was also superb, everything was fresh and delicious. Extral points for the warm welcome of his cute dog, Chlèo!

Excellent Breakfast with Fruits and pastries.Great room. Nice ambience. Good bed and great location. The bathroom was clean and had a handshower, which was very convenient. Excellent host, with a friendly dog.

We had to park on the street , as the property did not have its own parking and Booking.com should not have selected this property based on the criteria i had specified, though it was written in the ad, but at the very bottom. We could only park on the streets from 5 pm in the evening to 10 am in the morning, which did not inconvenience us a lot, but still was a bit irritated by this.

First of all, Bernard is a gem of a gentleman. Our train was delayed so we arrived quite late at night but Bernard waited up and greeted us warmly. We also enjoyed our chats at breakfast and he provided excellent tips on places to visit and how best to get there. The B&B is tastefully decorated and ideally located just half a block from public transportation or easy walk into the old city. The room was clean and had more than ample space for the two of us and our luggage etc. The bathroom was orderly and clean. Our three day visit to Quebec City was fantastic and staying at B&B Le Transit was the cherry on the cake. Muchas gracias poor todo Bernard!

It was within walking distance of the downtown and all it has to offer. Parking was right across the street and worked out well for us. Our host, Bernard, was absolutely the best! He was so helpful with helping us get around the city and his breakfast each morning was wonderful and satisfying.

Absolutely nothing - it was perfect!

Bernard was an excellent host - very friendly and accommodating in preparing breakfast and check-out early for us after our flight was brought forward. Breakfast was generous and tasty. Room was spacious and comfortable. Location was good, with just a short walk into town.

Well located close to the main city center as well as to the Plains of Abraham. The hotel is actually converted home with the owner / manager living on premises. Breakfast was fine.

Only paid parking in the area during work days. Our room was full of things and various decorations - not our thing but hey, it's nothing bad if you like it.

It was lovely and the host made sure that we had a very comfortable and relaxing stay there. Despite of language constraints the host made efforts to understand us and tried to engage in a conversation. The breakfast was super delicious too !!

Perfect location for exploring old Quebec. we left early on the final day and told our host we won’t need breakfast because of that. But he insisted to get up early to prepare it for us and it was ready at 6:30 on the morning. Highly recommended!

The host was great, the breakfast was delicious, the greenery with blooming hibiscus flowers made the dining experience even better. The room was comfortable and the location was great. It is close to the Plains of Abraham, restaurants and shops on rue Cartier and Grande-Allée. Old Quebec City is also easily accessible.
