After reading some of the so-so reviews, I was a little nervous about my booking. Those reviews did NOT match my stay! I loved the room (no carpet!), the view, the staff, just everything about Hotel Concorde. The hotel itself is extremely central, an easy walk to all the main attractions. We parked our car and only took it back out when we were leaving. Honestly, we don't stay in our room for very long we like to walk all day and take in as much of the city as we can. I would stay at this hotel at my next visit!

Great location, great restaurant, clean. Flooring in rooms no longer carpet, new laminated flooring. Every rooms has mini refrigerator. And parking under and other side of the road for an extra charge. The restaurant downstairs is fabulous. Many restaurants all around. Can access old town and the fort by foot or car.

Minor issues. Our safe didn’t work. work. Bathroom need a coat of paint but otherwise clean. One small lamp on the headboard had no lightbulb nor light shade, the headboard had some unsightly wear. It is still a great hotel but starting to show it needs updating repairs. We rented two rooms and the other room didn’t show the same issues. We been going there many times over the years.and would still go as the front desk informed us they are updating the rooms and changing the safes.

The interior parking was full at the hotel so we had to drive to another interior parking on rue de la Chevretière and walk back to the hotel with our suitcases. It was extremely windy and cold during our time in Quebec and we were not dressed for the weather. It was a real inconvenience as every time we took our car we had to walk to and from the hotel. And the hotel charged the full parking price for the time that we were there.

This situation put a damper on our weekend! If we had wanted to take a cheaper parking further from the hotel we wouldn't have paid the full price that we were charged. The hotel should of given us a rebate!

The room overall was excellent with comfortable beds. The chairs and some other bedroom items were showing wear and age, plus there was dust on ledges and other surfaces, pointing to a lack of cleanliness in certain respects. We had a great view of the city, and the hotel's location is fantastic. Parking was easy and not too expensive. The "Cochon Dingue" is excellent, too. The only major downside was that the sauna did not work and the gym equipment is lacking, but the pool area is nice.

The signs of wear and tear on the room's furniture, the dust on ledges and some other surfaces and the empty dispensers in the shower. The pool was great but the sauna was not operational with no signs indicating such and the gym equipment (cardio particularly) was lacking.

Excellent Location, right next to many restaurants and bars. Walking distance from many nice places in Old Quebec

When we arrived, I was doing the checking and my son needed to go to restroom, he asked the lady of the valet parking in the lobby right next to the counter and she said: "there are no restrooms available in this floor, you will need a card to go to your room", but we where just checking-in he replied, the answer was the same.... shame on her!!! there was a restroom right there downstairs!! we told her!!, why such a dump and arrogant attitude from this lady toward the customers?? That was the only downside of this hotel.

Very close to the old city within 10 minutes walking! Hotel was clean. Good views.

At check in, the hotel was understaffed. 2 people helping for a long line up of people. Waited half an hour in line just to check in. At check in when I asked about parking, I was directed to speak to another set of staff in charge of parking. I had to line up again which took up another 15 minutes. Just to be told I couldn't park underground. I was shown where to go by the parking staff to the parking lot off site (which was helpful), but this question could have been dealt with at check in so that would reduce time wasted and lining up again. When you ask for assistance it took a long time for front desk to send someone up. About 40 minutes.

It is a good location. And it is very big and has large rooms. There are many elevators, too. It feels very safe.

The condition of the shower room was not good. The shower curtain looked quite old. Also, it was disappointing that there were no room slippers available anywhere. It would have been nice if they were at least sold at the concierge. During checkout, I returned the key card and asked the staff if that was all, to which the staff replied yes, so I left the hotel. However, I soon remembered my deposit and had to return. Another staff member immediately refunded my deposit, but the staff at checkout did not mention it at all. This was very disappointing service.

We love the fabulous location and super supportive staff. Definitely we will be back to this marvelous hotel in the future! Walking distance to the beautiful Quebec old town site, the restaurants and the rental car companies are nearby, the bar is just next to the lobby. The hotel has great views to the Lawrence River and beautiful sunset, it’s so amazing! The staff are very friendly and helpful, the next night after we arrived the hotel, I had to use the computer for my work, the gentleman in the front desk was very nice and helpful, he let me use the computer in the business center, as the setting of the computer screen was in French, I could not read them, he helped me saving my files and made me feel like getting my work done as easy as at home. I very appreciated his patience and big help. He is the best!

We booked this for its view towards the Fairmont Chateau. We asked and got 4 of our 5 rooms facing that way. However it is long 20 minutes walk to the old town. The room was large and comfortable. All the amenities that a traveller wants was available. It was clean.

Parking was $25. There were 4 lifts but only 2 were working when we arrived. So there was a long queue. The wc was difficult to flush. Often it won’t flush down. You have to make sure the tank is filled and hold down the lever till you hear that all is flushed away.

The location was a great vantage point. It is right next to many restaurants and close enough to old Quebec to walk. The restaurants on site were also worth going to. The rooms were also nice and spacious.

The Wifi. This needs to be updated. As someone relying on data, on a limited esim for travel the wifi was a must. however, due to how their wifi works it's just one big open network, this leads to everyone using it leading to speed so slow like under 1 Mbps that it becomes unusable in this day and age.
