Modern room, all basic facilities plus lots of extras available if needed, very clean, easy access to main areas of the city
Request from hotel to send card details in advance for purpose of 'incidental payments', despite having already paid in full, with suggestion this is required to gain access to room. This communication looked like a phishing scam. Although it turned out to be legit in this case I was not comfortable to share card details by email and instead requested to sort this in-person, which the hotel agreed to.

My fiancé and I stayed at this hotel in December. We had a great stay. The room was very clean, we liked the filter coffee in the room and the wine glasses. The hotel is a 15min walk from the train station and 20min walk from Old Quebec, and 30min walk from Dufferin terrace.
There are two main small things that were missing and could improve. For example, the shower. It’s a beautiful shower, however there is no place to put the soap or shower gel when you shower and it’s really uncomfortable. I would suggest that something is placed in each shower for these items (can be something small literally from the dollar store or Walmart). The staff - we didn’t have many interactions but I would say that it is nice to be welcomed when entering the hotel. Even a smile is enough. I found that the hotel staff wouldn’t say hello or even look at us when we would enter the hotel. It kind of feels like we are unwelcome when the receptionist acts like this. Otherwise, they were good people and helpful but we just missed the ‘hello/smile/nod’ when we enter.

Nice big room and bath room, comfy bed, two desks, great position - next to buses to sation (800), old city (1) and airport, about 30 mins walk to the old city, and lively Rue St Joseph nearby for good bars and restaurants. They also had free bus tickets for us (not sure if these are alwats available). I still reccomend it, despite the annoying negative aspects below. Desk is staffed until midnight.
Furnihsings a bit basic - only one chair but two desks (we asked for a second one and got it), no wardrobe, drawrers or even hooks on walls, just a set of metal shelves with 3 coat hangers, no hooks in bathroom for towels, no rack in shower for bottles of shower gel etc., and the hairdryer would not plug in in the bath room, had to be used in the bed room. Plug sockets few and in awkward places. A shame, as could be a really nice room if better furnished/finished with some proper storage/wardrobe.

Excellent location, the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, heating was on point and the location was very near old Quebec, you can reach everything on foot, and there are several bus stops less than 50m away.
I had some problems with the security deposit, as the staff couldn't charge the 100 CAD on my card, but I was able to resolve it by telephone while in the airport. Check your email and Booking app in case any problems arise so you can solve them before getting into the hotel. I don't recommend using the vending machine on the lobby, it's too expensive and it holds your card for 20 CAD no matter whatever you choose.

It's a good location and overall experience is positive. It's a bit gloomy in general but I understand that these are lofts. It was clean and warm, there is everything that is needed for a short trip.
I was searching for the socket to charge my phone as it's not easily visible :) Construction workers started their days at 7 AM both mornings that I was there. It was so noisy that I had to start my day already. There was supposed to be a way to make tea but there was only a coffee pot but no tea pot, I was not sure how to boil water in this case.

The room's very spacious and more than enough for a solo traveller like me! The little amenities like the coffee machine were a great addition. Bathroom's really nice too.
It's in good proximity to the Vieux Quebec (and also the bus station!) It's just it was a bit of a hassle to travel to and from the hotel when it was raining, especially for me who preferred to walk more than ride the bus. Also, there was an open pack of sugar that I think was overlooked when the room was cleaned before me. Not really deal breakers!

Modern room with very big windows and a super comfortable bed. The check in was simple, and the room is very spacious. Would definitely recommend if you are on a quick trip to Quebec City. Check in was simple as well, which makes any trip easier.
When sent instructions for the check in, it was in French. Granted, I know this is a french speaking city, but I think check in instructions should be more clear in English.

From the airport, bus 80 drops you off nearby. Walking distance to the VIA Rail station and the old town for sightseeing. The rooms are modern and spacious, comfortable bed and good coffee station. Friendly staff. Good restaurant options nearby.
They ask for ID and credit card details over email which I didn't like, especially with online scams out there. Prefer an old fashioned key rather than all the different codes to get in.

Very organized and clean. Near almost everything you need such as groceries, bars, restaurants, coffee shops and pharmacies. You can also buy bus tickets nearby. Walking distance from old Quebec and train station.
We could have the information that they require a security deposit upon booking. I this sense, we would feel more safe to provide additional information.

Mattresses and pillows were very comfy ( they exceeded my expectations)
Staff was not helpful at all, they didn't even know about directions or most common touristic places in the city. They were really disconnected, not empathetic, and not happy to be at the front desk. Complimentary coffee offered in the room was disgusting ( motel level or less) for the price a room is charged which is not cheap, I thought maybe they could offer better quality of coffee, or maybe have a coffee pot at the reception/front desk.
