Easy access, clean, spacious and comfortable. The hosts were extremely considerate. There is a parking possibility which is very practical. I was even lucky to be able to park my car in the garage. Worth mentioning is also that there is the possibility to get a bus ticket through the hotel which is very practical to go directly to the city center (2-3 stops) from the bus stop which is located very close by. There is an access to a common kitchen area for hot water and coffee or to eat small self-brought meal.

There were coffee and hot chocolate available to the guests for breakfast. One improvement could be to offer tea as well.

Location was perfect for exploring the city. There are local bus stops very nearby and our hosts even gave us a free 3 day bus pass which was so helpful! Our loft room was so quaint, spacious, and felt like home! Bathroom was very modern and nice. Kitchenette was perfect for an easy breakfast! Coffee grinds, filters, cream and sugar were all provided.

We would have liked to open a window in the evenings for some fresh air, but it didn't seem that any of them opened.

We didnt see any staff, execpt for the first day, a nice lady, but I rated Excellent for cleanliness and this lady. The rooms were very confortable, well distributed, kind of architectural and even if there were other people, we always felt like we were the only ones. As everybody sadis, the location is the best for this place. And I liked the fact that you come and go anytime, as there s a password to the door, no need of someone opening it.

Tha palm plants were let to dry. I watered while there and did some trim on them, but, those plants only need water. They will be beautiful in summer. By the way, I adooore plants!

Lovely little hotel , free bus passes was a bonus , lovely stone wall room with use of communal kitchen facilities, room was better than expected , whole feel of hotel was very good , staff on front desk was friendly and the girl could not be more helpful , location 5 min bus straight down the same road finds you in old town , you could easily walk it in 15 min - also 2 min walk from hotel is a nice local neighbourhood with some bars , restaurants , chemists , and stores really nice feel to the area

had late check in, no reception staff was available, but they had envelopes placed at diff spots and instructions given on where my room was and how to get in were very clear. Beds in room were comfortable. The whole hotel was pretty big and lots of common area like a living room with soft background music and lots of books and magazines making it very cozy; there were toaster, oven, microwave, kettle...etc in the kitchen. set up and design was unique and clean. Need to ask "the property" questions from the beginning (time of booking) to arrival and departure, all answered promptly by email. Initially, most of my replies got sent to my spam folder, so I thought the property did not answer me, eventually, they called me in person. Since then, I kept checking my spam folder. They were all answered promptly.

1. old towels from previous occupants were left in the suite, but housekeeping came to clean up the next day. 2. No toiletries. 3. Wish there was a washing machine with dryer, as many guests may be involved with sporting activities and hence may need to wash some stuff. 4. Car park spaces were all really small (but lucky, we were the only car there)

Very pretty room, well kept and clean. We also had access to a communal kitchenette to make teas/coffees etc. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

It’s outside of the Old Town but this is not a problem if you don’t mind a short walk :)

Location is good, within walking distance to old city. Host is very kind.

Room was a bit wored out. Conditioner/heater made terrible noise, we had to switch it off for night because otherwise nobody could sleep. We were 5 people in room and got only 1 key.

Very, very friendly staff from the beginning. It was like instantly staying with a good neighbor. They gave great advice about nearby restaurants, activities and bus service. The amenities in the room and closeness to a grocery store meant we didn't have to go to a restaurant for breakfast every day. Restaurants and boulangerie nearby were all great! Although located on a main street, we found our room quiet. Location makes it easy to walk or get transit to anywhere you want to go. Excellent stay overall!

It was a 15 minute walk to the Chateau Frontenac area. Parking on-site was helpful.

I had to wait for someone at reception for 10 minutes even though we arrived within the time frame given. The door was locked and my call was not answered during this time.

We enjoyed the location. It is not within the walls of the old city but a 12 minute walk out into the neighborhood. We had the best of both parts of the city. We used the bus system a lot which was clean and efficient. The Rue Cartier was filled with restaurants and only a block away. The common use kitchenette was a bonus for making coffee and the refrigerator and microwave allowed for using leftover restaurant takeout.

Parking is limited. Make sure to add that to your reservation
