Our room faced the bay and was very comfortable with Modern, attractive beach decor. It was very cosy. Excellent lighting for both reading and relaxing. Kitchenette area was excellent. It was easy to do day trips to all the sights along the Great Ocean road from this location.

A bit surprised that our room wasn’t serviced or refreshed during our 3 day stay. When I inquired I was told ‘ due to Covid’ but we were not told this on check in. Nor were we told to collect extra toiletries or tea/ coffee supplies from reception. They were happy to provide but no information about this was given to us until we inquired.

It was in good position for the town and near shops and places to eat.The room was clean and had a comfortable bed and sofa . There was a microwave, fridge and kettle . We had a good view of the harbour from our balcony.

Unfortunately and nothing to do with the motel, the whole town is having its roads redone and so is a huge building site with fences and diggers working.This is more of a problem for the locals than us passing through. And we recommend the local pizza place for great pasta and food. We just felt sorry for everyone who has to put up with this apparently until Easter.

Cleanness and proximity to beach and walking trails were some experiences that we loved. Would recommend my friends too for visit. However, laundry facility was little confusing and an issue as it was a common laundry were we have to get our own detergent and 2 ×$2 dollars per wash. This we recommend the property if these details are communicated clearly so that we can get it in advance rather than knowing it with surprise. Thanks

Good motel. Great rooms and facilities.

The infrastructure of Port Campbell is being renovated, it is a building site. All the pavements are dug up and rather than do this work in sections the whole town is in disarray. We were very disappointed with our surroundings especially after visiting the Twelve Apostles and the beautiful surrounding area. Port Campbell certainly worth a miss until construction works are completed - estimated April 2025.

The inn is really easy to find and it's like 5 to 7 minutes from the beach, and the best surprise was that there were wild rabbits every in the town. The hotel food near by is really good and walkable from the inn. The toilet it clean, hot water is easily available. Guest laundry is 2 x $2 coins and the dryer is free to use. The rooms have strong air conditioning and have a TV in each room. After-hours check in was a little panicky, but a local phone call to the hotline solved it in 2 minutes. Check out was just a simple key drop.

The wifi and reception can get a little spotty but it wasn't big problem.

Very spacious room, with an equipped kitchen and big bathroom. The check-in process was extremely easy, took max 1 minute. You can hear the people in other rooms a bit but nothing that will prevent you from resting at night.

If you use the kitchen stuff provided like plates and so on, you have to wash it yourself and place it back in the cupboards even though there is not even a sink in the kitchen. Unrealistic expectations from the hotel, I question if this is hygienic enough for the next guests...

Clean, comfortable, parking at doorstep and short walk to beach/ocean walk. Location near many food options & suspension bridge to hiking trails. The separate room has a reversible aircon which is good for winter to keep the room warm. The main area also has a reversible aircon. There is a common laundry facilities on site. Overall, we had a great stay & kept warm to sleep well on winter night.

Toilet is cold. It will be helpful to have a heated lamp or potable heater in the toilet on winter time.

Location was excellent. Walking distance to cafes and restaurants in town centre. Studio with ocean view was roomy and comfortable, and very quiet. We arrived early and although the room cleaning had not been completed, the staff member on reception took our cool bag and placed it in the fridge for us so it did not heat up in the car. She provided exceptional service!

Not the fault of the motel, but the council works around the bay meant the view was interrupted by ugly fencing!

Very clean, recently updated kitchenette and bathroom, and a new coat of paint, so everything is fresh and clean. The beds were very comfortable, and very well made with lovely, crisp clean sheets. Aircon is very good, and quiet. The view of the small bay is fantastic, excellent location just one block from the shops, and places to sit under the pine trees overlooking the bay across the road.

Parking was fine, it designated parking could help avoid getting parked in.

Bathrooms need a slight renovation Unfortunately, due to high winds, we had no power for a couple of hours. A generator or a battery system could be helpful in such situations as it was dark with no lights anywhere
