The desk personnel were extremely helpful and very pleasant and polite. They came to the room to help with an issue we had, they printed out a few tickets for me at the desk, and just generally were very nice to deal with. The room, although small, is remarkably well planned out. I loved the bathroom. The shower was great. The place is in a nice neighborhood with easy access to Victoria Station and restaurants. The breakfast was not lavish, but certainly tasty and adequate.

Nothing, really. The room was small, as one would expect in central London. The place appears to be a remodeled apartment building or home. There were narrow steep stairs in there and no elevator, the desk personnel carried our luggage up the stairs. We are physically fit, so the stairs were not really a problem in the week we stayed there. It was very expensive for a week's stay, but that is to be expected and having Victoria Station so close by was really beneficial to us. The worst thing I can say is that tiles on the staircase outdoors, going out of the building, are in a dizzying pattern that makes one feel a bit unstable descending them. But it's only a few stairs and I hung onto the supports, so it was fine.

The bathroom and room was very clean - breakfast for £8.50 was extremely good with a selection of many cereals, fruits, coffee machine, jams & spreads, toaster - and array of good tea selections - unlimited white and brown bread including croissants- amazing for the money and value

Unfortunately my only criticism was that it had NO elevator - however - if you have heavy and large luggage the front office staff are so very obliging to assist you in carrying your luggage for you to your room and when you are checking out - the stair cases are small

The room 314 was very clean and looked newly renovated. The bathroom was very clean too. This double room had two lovely windows facing the street, with little balcony that wouldn't allow you to see the street underneath or even go out. We stayed for Christmas so there was no traffic or noises from the street. On our last day of staying we could hear the trains arriving and departing to and from Victoria station. Not disturbing at all for us. The room has a lovely little desk with kettle, tea and coffee. Good air conditioning and also heating which we rarely used as it was warm inside the room. With 6 degrees outside. We loved the proximity of Victoria coach station and train station. A few steps away from the hotel we hired some Lime bikes and went for a cycle around London (we bought a Lime pass on the app, it is undoubtedly cheaper). Just a beautiful experience.

There's not a thing we didn't like but it is worth mentioning that the hotel is composed of a few different entrances so that the reception would be in one and some rooms will need you to go out again and into another door which is still in the same building. There is no lift. We stayed on the 3rd floor and was no problem for us. On a weird and a little scary note, there was someone shouting out of nowhere at 1.40 am, which wake me up. He was apparently on a phone call swearing and really angry. He kept on talking on and off for almost 40 min which ruined my sleep. This is not the hotels fault, of course.

The location is amazing with just a quick walk to Victoria Tube, shops etc and many attractions, abs in the early morning I chose (thanks to their advice) to just cross the street and take a coach to Heathrow. The room was perfect for one person, with a double bed (against a wall as the room is not huge) but with everything really well done and spotlessly clean. The gentleman who checked me in was helpful with storing my bags and then checked me in early. He was also super helpful with planning for getting back to Heathrow. I’d never thought of taking a coach but the station is just down the block and it was super convenient and cheap to go this way.

The flooring is a little tired, just the laminate pulling open, and the tv was very patchy with some channels not working at all. My room was right next to the front door which meant a little noise with people coming and going but this wasn’t too bad and the bonus was that I had a nice window to the street with privacy sheer curtains.

The manager, Hussain, is fantastic; he gave us pointers on using London's world class and easy to use public transportation, tours, restaurants, and he's very welcoming and eager to make our stay more enjoyable. The hotel is in a great location between Victoria Coach Station and Victoria Train and Underground Stations and within a 5 minute walk to restaurants. The rooms are updated with a contemporary design, clean, and quiet.

The square footage of the rooms is small and can feel like a cruise ship cabin:) but we weren't here to stay in the room.

The location of the hotel was perfect for my travel plans, departing oh a private tour from the Greenlibe Coach Station. The staff managing the concierge desk were very helpful and efficient.

The dining space for breakfasts is quite small, so it was really busy Perhaps set up specific breakfast slots/timings to be booked the previous evening or on check-in to avoid guests having to wait.

The check in process was very smooth and straight forward. Mr. Umang facilitated me really well. Location is very close to Victoria Station. There are several restaurants, bars and stores around the hotel. Mr. Riyaz, the manager, dealt with me in a very professional and caring way. Hats off. The hotel offers to store the luggage even after the checkout. There is coffee available all the time at the lobby, which is great.

Not much. All was good.

I was happy I could drop my bag in early, and it was waiting for me in my room when I checked-in. I was happy for the 24-hour reception so I could check-in in the early hours of the morning. Really close to the coach station, which gave me piece of mind. Being a solo traveller, I didn't have to go far. Room/bathroom was clean. It was fine for me using it for 9.5 hrs.

Just one small thing, there wasn't any bottled drinking water. I know most hotels don't provide that but I think it's a nice thing to offer.

Room was clean, well presented, comfortable and reasonably priced for this time of year. The staff were polite, helpful and welcoming, location was less than 5 mins away from Victoria coach station which was excellent for my mum who couldn’t walk far. We could also store our luggage on check out and come back for it, which helped enormously. I would recommend this Hotel, we will definitely book again.

On check in the staff noticed my mum had a walking stick, they placed us in a lower ground room which was excellent for us, but I did notice that there was no access at the front of the hotel for wheelchair users, maybe the hotel might look into that at a later date.

Lovely comfortable and clean room. Small for a double but still good. No complaints about the room or bathroom. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Brilliant location especially if like me you were using Victoria Coach Station. Good breakfast delivered to door in a box. There was enough variety to have a breakfast and then take rest for snacks later in the day

Close to a railway line outside the window of the room but it wasn't overly noisy and didn't disturb being able to sleep. This was the only downside to a lovely clean room with very good facilities and very nice staff.
