Great location close to victoria coach station. Was perfect for us for a 1 night stay as our flight landed quite late and the next day we left london. We checked in late, at about 00:15 and it went smoothly, just rang the bell and the receptionist opened the door. The rooms were clean and in good taste. A small pot for tea and a window to the street. Beds were comfortable. Check out was smooth as well, just left the keys in the rooms and left. The price was good for what you get.

You can hear other guests closing the doors as they shut quite loud ,also if you don't shut them all the way they make this beeping sound. In one of our rooms the bathroom was seperate and down the stairs one floor, but still private and clean.

Excellent location a few minutes walk to the train station/bus station/metro. Very close to the main tourist attractions. The hosts were very kind and friendly. Although they were under renovation, we were not disturbed at all. We could leave our luggage at the reception before Check in and after Check Out. This was very practical and helpful Very quiet place.

Slightly negative: small space (but it depends on everyone how much time they spend in the room). We only retired to take a shower and sleep.

-Very well presented and clean hotel. -Very good location, walking distance to lots of landmarks and public transport facilities. -Beds are very comfy, although could do with some more pillows on the beds -Kettle provided with free tea and coffee in the rooms! -Tv is a little dated, but a good addition to the room. -Amazing value for money

-Areas of the room required repair, such as the toilet flush button was missing/One of the ceiling lightbulbs/hairdryer didn’t work -Although subjective to the individual, the hotel keeps the heating on constantly. Therefore, as there are radiators in each of the rooms (which are relatively small) this can mean that it can become uncomfortably hot to sleep. During our stay we had to keep the balcony door open all night as this was our only way to cool down. -The beds are also on wheels, so it’s very easy for them to move around whilst sitting on them.

The property is in a great location - close enough to transport links but far enough away from the main road to be quiet. Room was ok and generally comfortable.

The room could do with some major TLC. The bathroom door handle needs replacing. The bedside lights need to be securely fastened to the wall & fan needs securing to the ceiling - there’s exposed wiring that could cause electrocution & is a major Health and Safety hazard. Sign of damp in the ceiling - this is caused by a leak from the room above. With the cost of the room, I would expect a little more attention to made to the above issues. Would not return due to these issues.

Perfect location . Worth paying extra for the balcony room . The rooms are small but if you plan on travelling and staying in the hotel room I guess you need a different type for us as we literally only slept there and were out all days was just right .

The bed wasn’t a double it was two single beds which my partner fell into (was quite funny) also no housekeeping was done .

The staff were helpful but also made it clear that they went out of their way to serve us a spare towel! They did switch the dates for us kindly.

Twin beds requested but given double. The bathroom and bedroom were separated by a corridor to another bedroom and limited space. Smelt of tobacco as someone opposite the courtyard was smoking and the window had gaps so it leaked through most the night. They said they had no different rooms to change us to and no apology.

LONDON CENTRE. WAS ONLY 5 MINUTES WALKING. THE ROOM WAS VERY GOOD AND VERY CLEAN. THIS HOTEL IS WHAT YOU PAY. 💰 VERY GOOD HOTEL FOR TOURISM TRIP NEXT TO METRO VIKTORIA. IF SAME ONE NEEDS LUXURY GO PAY 600€ PER NIGHT AND ENJOY. THIS HOTEL I RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE VERY GOOD PRICE AND NEAR FROM CENTRAL LONDON.

This hotel is just minutes from Victoria coach station so very convenient if you are travelling by coach. Despite this it's on a quiet road and the area is pleasant. There is a nice restaurant just across the road,round the corner. The bed in my room was exceptionally comfortable. I mention this because the bed in a hotel room is often too high,too low,too soft,too hard. It's just chance. But the bed in the room I had was just right,for me anyway.

Great location in a safe area with beautiful buildings. The rooms had everything you need even if they were basic enough. The prices were fair too.

Rooms were basic enough but not really a complaint as you get what you pay for. Only thing I would have liked is if we had access to drinking water instead of having to find places to buy some

The room has everything we needed plus a lovely little balcony with a table/chairs for two and a sun parasol. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. Location was close to everything while still being in a quieter area.

The room decor needs a little updating, some mould patching and splatters of dirt on the walls. This didn’t bother us but others might find it a problem.
