Absolutely gorgeous room in a gorgeous boutique hotel. They're in a perfect, walkable area, the staff was super friendly and helpful, and my room was gorgeous! I had a great breakfast (chilaquiles) at the third floor restaurant and walked to plenty of other great restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Impeccably clean room, soft bed, hot water in the shower, and convenient air con and lighting. Everything was quiet and safe. Highly recommended!

The restaurant coffee was weak 😆 That's honestly the only thing I didn't like, this place was great!

We spent our first nights in CDMX at Casa Prim, arriving Christmas Day. The staff were extremely warm and welcoming, the hotel is small and arranged like apartments which we liked. The room was very clean with a firm bed, good sized bathroom and toiletries. Nespresso machine in room. Juarez is a cool district which is definitely on the way up! Loads of great restaurants, coffee shops etc nearby and close to Roma Norte where most tourists stay. We felt really at home and loved our stay.

The lighting was hard to figure out as there were so many switches. Only one coffee pod per person each day. Safe didn't really work for our passports.

The entire staff was Amazing. Hector was exceptional in helping us manage our visit and made our stay so much greater.

Only thing I think we missed was a Do Not Disturb sign for our door. Not that anyone ever came in at an unwanted time and I could have let the front desk know that we didn't want cleaning service, because sometimes we prefer not to have our things handled in our absence, but truly the staff was really great

Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly, check-in was very quick as was check-out. Everything looks exactly the same as the images, nothing old or dirty, we had bathrobes, complimentary water and a speaker to play music and a smart TV perfect for watching Netflix and the Wi-Fi signal is very fast, since no sunlight came in through the windows, it allowed for a better rest, the hotel in general was very nice and well-kept.

The location was perfect! Not too close to the well-trafficked areas like Condesa and Roma but not too far, either. We really felt like locals staying there, and there were lots of amenities close by, including the best al pastor tacos we ate in CDMX. The staff is SO sweet and attentive! When the manager led us upstairs for a complimentary welcome cocktail while our room was being readied, I told her we were on our honeymoon, and the next day in our room there was a handwritten card congratulating us! We were very touched by such a thoughtful gesture. The hotel is very tastefully and creatively decorated and we would 100% stay there again. Even though there's enough going on in the neighborhood to give us plenty to do, it was very quiet, and we slept soundly at night.

The breakfast was great—the eggs, bacon, fresh fruit, and orange juice were delicious—but our conservative American stomachs would have appreciated yogurt and granola/muesli as an alternative option. But it wasn't a big deal at all as there was a Starbucks half a block away.

Lovely little hotel with very friendly, helpful staff. Nice rooftop restaurant for breakfast and great location for exploring the city. Surrounded by interesting bars and restaurants.

Shame the room didn’t have good storage - no drawers and a very small wardrobe. We were there for a week so this was an issue. But not enough of a problem to stop us going again.

Great location, very clean (if anything the cleaners exceeded at their job and even hung up loose items of clothing). Staff was almost exclusively really friendly

The rooms don’t really have windows (only a bit of glass wall facing the inside of the hotel, so no privacy when you pull back the curtains and no fresh air). Also we‘ve been in touch previously to ask for early check-in, which they granted, however when we arrived after our 20 hour journey they originally asked for a 800$ fee. However they then waved it but it was a little awkward for a moment.

We only stayed at this hotel for 1 evening before we flew out of Mexico City to Cozumel for our honeymoon. Shortly after we booked our room, the hotel sent an email to get to see if they make special accommodations for us. I thought that was so nice, and it was a great way to extend concierge service for their guests. It was perfect because I wanted to do something special for my husband as it was the first night of our honeymoon trip. The representative in the lobby with whom I was exchanging emails nailed it! I had sent a card for him to print for my hubby, I had asked for chocolates and a bottle of wine to be left in the room, and I requested a massage for us after dinner. I had communicated all this via email over a month before our travel and I was so blown away with how they got every detail right! They went above what I asked for and even decorated our room & bed with rose petals. It was such a pleasant surprise for my hubby and it even made him tear up! After we stepped out for dinner, we got back and there were masseuses ready and waiting for us in the lobby. After a long travel, we received the most wonderful massage inside our room, with two complimentary personal servings of Italian rose! Another amazing thing they did for us that I must mention is that we had requested for a taxi to come and get us at the airport, for whatever reason the taxi driver ended up getting there before we even landed and when we landed and looked for our driver, he was nowhere to be found. When we returned from dinner, the taxi driver was waiting in the lobby of the hotel and asked that we pay him even though we didn't use his services. During the time that my husband was having this conversation with the taxi driver, the rep at the front desk stepped in and simply said the hotel will take care of their taxi expense and completely diffused the conversation so that we could return to our room and get ready for our massage.

We loved everything about our stay here! We will stay longer next time we visit, our only complaint is that we couldn't stay here longer.

The room was a Master Suite with huge bathroom including a bathtub and shower. We were located on the first floor in the front of the building but we slept well even though we heard some cars on the street. It's an urban area, after all, so it wasn't unexpected. The wood doors sheltered us from light, so we could sleep in. the bed was super comfortable with tons of nice pillows. The staff, especially Alexa, was amazing and super helpful and welcoming.

In our Master Room, we could have used a set of drawers or shelves. the cabinet only had the bottom shelf and about 10 hangers. we used our suitcases and also laid out clothes on the bottom shelf, which meant we had to stoop down each time we needed clothes. Also the water bottle was tall and could tip over easily.

Good hotel in a convenient location for getting around CDMX. Beds were extremely comfortable and room perfectly clean throughout.

We booked an airport transfer via the hotel in advance as arriving in the early hours but it did not arrive but we were able to get an Uber instead very easily. Hotel concierge did not seem 24/7 as advertised.
