The front desk staff were very friendly and I was checked-in with no issues at all. The location was perfect, close to restaurants, and other stores. Close enough to the freeway for easy access, and we didn't hear any noise from the traffic. The room was clean and everything worked well. The beds are comfortable.

Breakfast was disappointing. We went down to the lobby for breakfast about 30 minutes before the service was due to end. There was a waffle maker, coffee, and a couple of slices of bread for toast. The breakfast could be improved and monitored better by the staff, but to be honest, I wasn't expecting much in the way of breakfast from a budget hotel chain. We went across the street to McDonalds and ate there.

The room was a little bigger then the pictures looked and the bathroom was pretty nice, though I did notice some hair on the floor when we got there. Not enough to bother me, but a bit more then I'd expect. I also liked how close we were to many restaurants and grocery stores, it made grabbing a few things we needed on each day.

breakfast seemed like it would be fine if you if you got there right when it started, but we're mid morning wakers and when we got there on our first day it was almost all gone and the line was moving insanely slow so we just opted to eat at the near by waffle house from then on.

This hit all of my needs: Quiet, No traffic sounds, etc. I need a dark room for sleep and thankfully very little light comes in around the drapes or door. Decor is sophisticated. Loved the photos of Gainesville vs stock art. Bed very comfortable & shower very nice. Shopping down the street. Close to campus.

Bearing in mind there were few visits in town, Breakfast that morning was a little limited, ONLY because there were so few guests. EXCELLENT business decision. I respect that that.

I liked that the rooms have been updated with nice flooring and new bathroom (everything). The breakfast was very nice and well stocked, and there were cookies at all hours.

Furniture needs updated. Carpet in hallway needs updated.

The complimentary continental breakfast was all carbs, no proteins. You could add eggs, hams, and cheeses. We were disappointed. Coffee was excellent, though.

The front desk customer service was great, they checked me in and answered all of my questions and concerns, the housekeeping staff was very friendly also, I've stayed in plenty hotels and this one is the best.

The price was just about the best you could expect to find anywhere and it was right in the middle of much more expensive hotels... I can't say that those didn't offer more but for the life of me I can't imagine how. It was clean, comfortable and convenient to everything. The staff were all so very helpful with directions and ideas.

There is nothing I didn't like.

Rooms have been totally refurbished. Beds are very comfy. We had tv, microwave and small freezer. Bathroom looks brand new. Everything was in perfect conditions. It’s a smoke free hotel so it doesn’t stink at all.

It was good. Room was ok. Beds were good. I loved the sink in the bathroom. Coffee was available but I didn't like it. Was very weak. Breakfast was good. Had biscuit and gravy and waffles.

Coffee wasn't great. My husband didn't like the shower. He couldn't adjust the shower head.

Located right off I-75 but very quiet. Lots of nearby restaurants from McDonalds to a Whole Foods. Staff was friendly and efficient. Recently renovated rooms with comfortable beds and very nice bathroom.

$100 credit card hold is announced at the front desk but not in the fine print or conditions here on this website (something other properties do). I really don't like that kind of a surprise. Will not return.
