The room was bigger than expected with a powder room attached. The bed was so comfortable and shower was excellent. The breakfast was perfect with so many options to choose from but maybe needs to be in a bigger area since if there was four people or more in there it was too crowded to move around.

There was a musty odor that came out of the air conditioner. It worked well but could have used an air freshener.

I liked that it was a very clean place, not only the room but the front desk and breakfast area. Breakfast was very good. Staff was kind and friendly.

I would give a perfect 10, but my family and I we had a hard time with the bathroom. The sink was kind of clogged, it was also very uncomfortable to wash your hands on it cause it was too high even for me as an adult, so it was even harder for my kids to reach it. Then, when we took a shower, the tub was also clogged. All those inconvenients made us check out late. The front desk had to give us a call at the room to remind us of our checkout time, but it was due to all those inconveniences.

The cleanliness was excellent overall. However, in the corners of the bathroom floor there were accumulations of hair, dust and other debris. I have over 15 years experience designing and overseeing cleaning protocols for both medical institutions and commercial properties. I understand that there are many challenges involved, and it can be very difficult to catch every detail. I probably wouldn't have noticed if I didn't have as much experience in the area. I was very satisfied with the overall stay, and would stay there again. I share these observations mainly so that the business can maintain and potentially improve upon an already great experience.

Overall, our stay at the hotel was pleasant. The breakfast was satisfactory, offering a decent selection. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a good night's rest. However, we encountered an issue with the bathroom as the curtains caused flooding. Despite this inconvenience, our one-night stay was enjoyable, especially considering the hotel's proximity to UF.

The hotel had been tastefully renovated and was very clean. We asked for a quiet room and they accommodated us with one at the end of the hall. We are seniors so that was important for us. The hotel wasn’t noisy on a Sunday evening though. Breakfast was better then most Hampton Inns. Fresh mango and the bacon were a treat and all was delicious. Thanks for the great stay.

This was the best experience we have ever had at a Motel. The Staff at the front desk were the Best I have ever dealt with any where. The room was huge, the pool was Awesome. And the ladies making and putting out the Breakfast were Great also. No complaints at all, when we visit Gainesville this is where we stay.

Very good breakfast. Very nice room; on top floor and in quiet area as I had requested. Very pleasant staff. Great location. Older hotel but feels like home.

At check-in, the person was going to charge me for my stay. I had already paid and, on second glance, this person realized I was correct. Need to update this check-in procedure. Also, bathtub drain was backed up so didn't use the shower (Room 404). Mentioned this at check-out.

Location is great, it's nestled away off the main drag, but still near everything. The location has extensive parking, and the building design is a simple rectangle, so you're never far from stairs or an elevator. Breakfast was essentially the same as other Hampton Inn's we've been to, but this place seemed to grasp the fundamentals better than others we've been to(they took the time to properly heat up the food). The potatoes were more crispy and less hard, the sausage was actually hot and not just lukewarm, etc. This goes a long way towards making the breakfast experience exceptional. The western omelets are a a standout. I do also want to note that I'm a bigger guy, and I don't always fit in armed chairs that are included in rooms. I did fit in both chairs in our room comfortably, and I appreciate that.

I only have small complaints. The bed was a little stiff, the pillows are at this strange fullness where one isn't enough and two is too much. Staggering the pillows rather than stacking them seemed to help. The TV was also setup to not allow for input(hdmi 1, hdmi 2) changes via either the remote or the tv itself, so I had difficulty attaching electronics we brought with us to the tv for usage. I found this a bit confusing, as there's not any security issue that would merit blocking this feature. I'd like to see that changed.

This property is older but really enjoy staying here. Great location. Very quiet neighborhood. Helpful and efficient staff with the exception of check-in where I was asked to pay for a room I had already paid for so need to somehow correct this issue. Lady who checked us in was very nice and easy to work with and assigned a room I had requested. Great breakfast. Ample parking.

For this stay, everything was near perfect.

Beds were very comfortable. Room was clean, I loved the option of being able to sign into my personal Netflix account to watch specific things. The pool was small, and not much shade but it was empty when my kids and I went so that wasn't an issue. They accommodated my late check in. Tons of fast food, restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores in the general area. Extremely close to 75, but NO noise from highway traffic. Breakfast was hot, and included in price from 6am to 10am. Variety of stuff from waffles, cereal, omelets, oatmeal, juices, milk, coffee etc etc. Overall we were super happy with our stay, the staff, the cleanliness and the location.
