The property is nicely located (only a few minutes walking from the walled city) and it has free private parking. The breakfast was decent. The room we got was ridiculously spacious and very comfortable. The entire property is really beautiful and has a nice back-patio if you want to chill, but we haven't used it because there's so much to see in Lucca! The hosts were friendly and helpful.

Although nicely located just a few minutes walking from the walled city, the property has a busy road just in front of it. So it can get extremely loud at night with traffic noise (and at times you can even smell the smoke from the cars). If you're a light sleeper then definitely bring earplugs.

The Villa was so charming and the loaction was great, short walk to the walled city of Lucca. Room was spacious on the ground floor. Serena was super lovely and helpful with everything. Breakfast was served in the dinning area and freshly made cakes from Serena were delicious. We were able to use the bikes for free to ride around the top of the old city walls of Lucca. Loved our overnight stay here and we had car parking at the Villa.

Very nice B&B just outside of the walls of the ancient city of Lucca. You can borrow a bike to explore the city (walls) which is realy convenient. The B&B breakfast was very good with a lot of homemade pastries, and good coffee. The 4 P room is very spacious (2 bedrooms) and comfortable.

You can experience a bit of noice coming from the road (B&B is situated at a quite busy road)

The property was beautiful and incredibly clean and our room was very large. Serena was our host and she was amazing, very attentive and easy to communicate with. The home is a 5 min walk from the train station and also a 5 min walk from the inside the city walls of Lucca. She has free bikes to use which is a great way to get around. We loved this property!

We were here for four nights. The hotel is extremely safe, appreciated the gated secure parking on site. Serena, the owner, is very nice and helpful with recommendations, she was there in the morning to serve breakfast. Her homemade pastries are delicious!  it is only a few blocks from the gated walls of Lucca. She also has bicycles that you can use for free. we were here for four nights.

Large bedrooms & bathroom, perfect location, on site parking & bicycles. Large breakfast selection included.

There is not someone at the property all the time, so you need to arrange a time to arrive and stick to it. We made an unexpected stop on the way and almost had to wait a few hours to check in because the person at reception needed to leave. Not a problem but something to keep in mind if you are not traveling with a set plan.

The property is absolutely gorgeous! Located in 5 minutes from the wonderful town of Lucca. We had 2 bedrooms, with comfortable beds and all the essentials we need. Parking is onsite . We arrived later, Serena , the host, wasn’t there, but she gave us the detailed instructions with pictures how to get inside. We are really love this place and Serena is awesome!

Hospitality of the host( Serena is very attentive and makes your stay truly special!), comfort of the rooms(spacious, very clean, comfy beds), delicious breakfast and recommendations how to spend your spare time( cultural visits or beach relaxation), bikes to explore Lucca and the location( minutes away from the wall to enter historical centre.

Loved everything except the terrible traffic noise.

Traffic noise, for some reason it resonates in the room very badly.

The host Serena is wonderful. She was very informative, prepared a wonderful breakfast and was very friendly. The property is a beautifully restored single family home converted into 2 suites. Although it is all new the owners maintained the original time period look. it is just a few blocks from the walled city gate and 15-20 minutes walk to any of the restrooms in the old city. The host provides bikes and free parking at the facility so there are significant savings in those benefits.

Outside of the historic walled city Lucca is just another noisy, dirty city. The streets are busy and the noise at night does not provide for a relaxed atmosphere.
