The location and restaurant was perfect for what we were wanting! The restaurant staff and outdoor bar staff were friendly and funny.

The front desk staff—with the exception of the receptionist at customer service (Lidia, I believe) — are horrible!!!! Absolutely rude, unprofessional, and condescending! Completely incompetent at their job and a bad representation of the hotel. As a previous manager myself, I highly recommend Hotel Condesa re-consider who is appointed for these positions. They are the first impressions when guests check in and if they are rude, it immediately impacts your guests’ overall experience!

The Hotel located at the beach. the bug station is just 50 meter away and you can reach the Alcudia centre in less that 10min by bus. there is a direct bus line A32 to/from the Airport. The breakfast is really complete and consist of verity of foods and drinks. The room was clean and feels like new.

Since no Hotel is ideal, there were some drawbacks. The open cinema that is located at the middle of the hotel court plays music with very load sound for a few people until late (22:00 or later) so you can't enjoy the fresh air by opening the windows until then. There is no warm shower at the pools. also no changing room. Don Jaime restaurant, I can't recommend it. it is a closed menu restaurant so you don't have much choices ( it's desserts were really good)

A few things to mention: - bath tub (there were no walk-in shower in our room) is difficult to get in for less mobile people because it has glass screen that is fixed in place on the side and you have to get into the tub from its corner without any handles or supports - two individual beds in the room instead of a double bed. I knew from the beginning that our room may have such beds so it is not a lack of communication, but why would any couple prefer that I have no idea 😁 - not sure about the hotel rules, but I found it strange that while there is a great pool specially for for kids there were still toddlers allowed in the adults pool

The location, the staff, the food and the view was great, but are some things you need to know first before you book your stay here: 1. The beach in front of the hotel it is not private, it’s public and you have to reserve your sunbed for 6€ Per day, for at least 4days. 2. At The Sky Bar you have to pat for drinks, and are aloud people from outside the hotel. 3. You have to pat a guarantee of 10€ for the beach towel ( not that great quality btw ), and you receive it back based on the receipt when your stay ends. 4. You can only reserve once at Don Jaime Restaurant. 5. You have to pay for the safe in the room 3€ per day. 6. The terrace from the entertainment area it’s very small and you have to attend early before the show begins. 7. The drinks from all were not that great, and also not much variety ( only 2 or 3 cocktails from the drinks menu were included ). 8. The terrace from the main restaurant it’s very small and you have to wait to have your meal. 9. The reception it’s very busy all the time and you have to wait a minimum of 10 min, even just for one question.

Overall, the hotel definitely needs un upgrade for a 4star hotel.

Close to the beach, buses and local restaurants . Very good breakfasts and good prices at the bar however the beer is not really good.

The Receptionist lady on night shift is very rude, and not helpful , she doesn’t offer us the free champagne, she is not eve showed us which way to go to the rooms etc etc. She started be rude when she seen our passport’s, so we just avoided her and everything we asked from her colleagues, they are really nice.

The reception staff especially Jenna were excellent. When we had an issue with our room she satisfied our complaint and was very understanding about it. She was excellent to deal with The pool area and beach are also stunning and the bed is very comfortable. The side sea view is better than the full sea view. There are a few great bars and restaurants within walking distance and the port and old town are a bus ride away. About 10 mins and €3. Well worth a visit.

The walls are very thin so you can hear kids running up and down corridors or crying. The new design of room is very poor....no wardrobe to put away your clothes. So you are going to be looking at all your clothes for your full stay. They are also really small rooms. The junior suite is a good size.

Great Hotel located directly to the best beach in Mallorca. Room was comfortable and spacious, very good air condition and housekeeping cleans the room every day. Excellent breakfast serving with lots of options to choose from. The hotel has a good surrounding street to park if you have a car. Totally recommend the stay in Condesa if you like to spend few nights on Beachfront Hotel.

There is a lack of sunbeds at the pool area compared to available capacity of hotel.. Almost sunbeds of pool are are gone by 9.30..gueats goes early to put thier towels to reserve sunbed. Also, all sunbeds on the beach are owned by the council which you have to pay like 15Euro for two beds.. The hotel does provide any discount for beach sunbeds, so you have to go very early to the beach in order to reservs a seats... I understand that this is not the hotel fault but I would strongly recommend that hotel try to find a solution to get a lot of sunbeds on the beach booked for the guests.

Beachfront location. Polite staff. Tidy and clean in all areas. Reasonably priced. Nice rooftop bar. Hotel manager looked after everything by himself all day everyday. Staff also worked hard. Shout out to excellent services : Maribel (bar staff), an old guy at Beach Towel 17th May afternoon, a Snack Bar guy 17-18th May afternoon, a guy and a lady at Sky Bar 18-19th May. All Receptionists and House Keepings. Room 361 was quiet as I requested for a room away from lifts and entertainment area in advance. Paid for standard room but also had partial seaview. Nice Sky Bar and beachfront view from pool. Wonder white sandy beach.

Air con was not very cold. No lock in bathroom. Stange towel rail in bathroom. Could not hang towels or clothes as normal. Water always stuck in shower and basin. Entertainment was not very impressed.

This hotel is on the beach, it is so beautiful and such a friendly hotel. The kids pool and kids club is brilliant. The staff are so friendly and great with the children, my daughter is very socially awkward but one of the entertainment staff Leo was brilliant with her, she has not stopped speaking of him. The hotel is very clean and tidy. The food is always fresh, they do have a good variety of food. The bar staff are very friendly.

This is a great hotel I could not fault it in anyway

location is great, bus stops were near the hotel. pool is good size and clean. beach is in front of the pool, so when you feel like swimming in the sea instead of the pool, it just takes seconds to get there. breakfast and dinner was exceptional, a lot of varieties for any type of food lover. the stuff was super friendly. every night there was an event in the hotel which was very nice for someone like me who’s too lazy to go outside the hotel at that time of the day.

my room was near the elevator so sometimes it was too noisy.
