The room was nicely decorated and was clean. The staff were very responsive. I had a blocked toilet and it was attended to within 5 minutes of informing reception. I scraped my leg on a sharp protrusion from the bed. It was attended to within 5 minutes of reporting it.

There was a lot of noise from what appeared to be local guests. They were fixing cars and were up until late into the night. Not the hotel's fault but it did disturb our sleep and woke the baby up.

The price super good for the budget and is according to the Hotel that’s what you get , and very most the reason why I choose it all the time because of the location literally in the center of everything walking distance immediately entertainment aceros the street , golf , Applebees, and much more.

It gave like a shelter vibe , by the way please if this is lend to be a shelter please advised the clients , some people looked they wore in rehab or on it , when I mean weird like thugs or something , not that I don’t see thugs but boy quite a few of them to be a Hotel, I can’t make this up literally a bunch of cops in front of the Hotel office on a Saturday and got arrested , the way I’m not complaining you,asked the question so I answer .

The staff was super nice and sweet especially making sure if we needed anything or our room to be cleaned! No one bother us plenty of parking!Room was always cold just how we like it . Everything work in our room including the phone ! I would definitely stay here again. The price was in our budget and affordable especially for 7days!

Wish they had microwave and a mini coffee maker hopefully maybe in the near future but definitely it would give them points!

Location is great, package deals are of good value especially compared to other hotels around the area, clean and quiet, housekeeping was friendly and mindful of belongings and front desk staff very helpful with questions and/or any concerns. ** As an apology, a review for a different hotel by accident was placed under the Econolodge Hotel. Everything has since been adjusted and resolved. Apologies for any confusion! **

noisy neighbors who did not control their children on both sides of our two rooms, they ran back and forth. but like us they were escaping our recent hurricane and could not give the children any other outlet, this i understand and understand it was beyond management control

i don t like the lady from the office she is very nervous she tell me to not comming back to the motel after i stay 2 week in the motel because i leave the room 11:10am she scared my kids the other boys are very nice but i never come back to see that lady

I read all the reviews and I was scared of bugs, but it was cheap and I loved the location, so I decided to reserve. When we arrived, everything was so clean, beds were nice, no bugs and night clerk was super nice and explained everything. I was really amazed but happy for my decision. 🫶 We were 6 nights and we loved everything.

As reviews said, breakfast was only coffee and juice, but once you reserve, it already says that bf may not be available. Room service was done only once, but since you arrive to your room, it has an announcement that says if you have a large stay, they will clean every 3rd day, but you can ask for cleaning any day you’d like by calling front desk before 11am.

This is the second time in 3 years staying here. The location is great. You are within walking distance to places like ICON park, a plethora of fast food and restaurants (Dunkin' is next door) and a short 5 minute drive to Universal and Funspot. Only a 10 minute or so drive to SeaWorld, its only Disney/Kissimmee that is a little further out from here. The room is massive, more than enough room for a family. Its clean, comfortable and affordable! No thrills, but does everything you need and does it well. The WiFi is good, the TV has decent channels. Aircon works great. Note - we have never used the pool here.

The pressure on the shower was a little weak not a big complaint however!

Despite the reviews, the place was very clean and the room perfect for the price paid, also it was close to almost everything. They even did accommodations for me and my family since we were arriving early in the morning. It was good experience.

Everything was in order.

The staff was very friendly and assisted with any questions we had and met our needs. It was really close to Universal Studios, less than a mile. The housekeeper came in every day and made the bed and tidied up. All in all we had a pleasant stay there.

The A/C broke 2 hours after we checked in before the maintenance man was scheduled to come in. However, he got there early, fixed the A/C and it wasn't a problem since. It wasn't anyone's fault, it's just something that happened. They also have a safe in the room but it unfortunately did not work. Pool was a little dirty. But we weren't there for that.
