I stayed for four nights at this very reasonably-priced and comfortable hotel. I was very satisfied with my spacious twin-bedded room on the fourth floor, accessed by lift. It was fitted with a wardrobe, bedside table, desk and chair and wall-mounted TV. It was very quiet, as it faced away from the street. The heating was efficient and wi-fi connectivity was fine. Everything was in good order in the en suite bathroom. I found the staff on the reception desk very pleasant and helpful. I had breakfast one morning (paying an extra 10 Euros) and thought that it was excellent, with a wide range of items on offer. There are several tram stops close to the hotel and it takes around five minutes to walk to Alserstrasse, the nearest metro (U-Bahn) station. There is a large Interspar supermarket just round the corner and a fair number of decent cafes and restaurants nearby. I would certainly consider staying at this hotel again. The fact that it is not in the historic centre of Vienna really didn’t matter, as getting there by public transport was so quick and easy.

The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that there was only one power socket in the room, though there were no fewer than three in the bathroom. It was located under the desk at floor level and the TV was plugged into it. This was really not very convenient.

This hotel is a jewel in Vienna if you’re visiting for sightseeing with your family! Very nicely located to different types of public transport - you can go anywhere you like. Quiet back street with very little traffic and noise. Very close to the best grocery store chain in Europe - SPAR, so you can buy some stuff if you need or want. Very clean room. Don’t expect luxury and heavy royal family like furniture, but the beds were very comfortable. The room was just enough for two adults and two kids. Bathroom was very nice and clean. Had all you need.

The only thing I didn’t like is that the shower cabin was quite small (for a big guy like me). But I have rarely seen hotels with large shower cabin, so this is not a real issue. Just let you big guys, planning a trip to Vienna, know.

Excellent location, with Uber 8 EUR to the Christmas market. There is a lockable parking lot 9 EUR/day, but the spaces were limited, probably about 12 parking spaces in total. My room had a spacious terrace, which was a bonus. They gave me a hairdryer at the reception. The room was spacious enough. At the reception you can buy water, lemonade and maybe some chocolates from the vending machine.

Others might not like the noise from the street, but for one night it was not a problem. I found the room a little cool, but you probably had to adjust the temperature yourself. The twin room had very small single blankets. Maybe if I had asked, they would have given me a bigger blanket.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. One of the biggest perks was the hassle-free parking available in the underground garage, which is a significant advantage in a city like Vienna. Our room was clean, roomy bathroom added to the overall pleasant experience. The 24-hour reception was a great convenience, and the hotel itself was very peaceful. The location was fantastic—central and easy to navigate. Breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly.

The shower drainage could have been better - water drained slowly and often pooled, spilling over the shower base.

It was very clean! We really appreciated that! The staff was also very helpful. There was parking available at the location for €9 per day, which was really great!

As a downside, there was no hair dryer and no mini fridge. Although we opened the windows,it was really warm, not only inside the room,but also in the bathroom. There was a fan in the bathroom and one in the room,but didn't have enough power... an AC would have been great. There were only 2 electrical sockets on the other side of the room, and none near the bed.... Maybe for families with kids would be good to know that the street is really loud during the night...

The hotel is located 5 minutes from Alserstrasse metro station, 5 minutes from McDonald's, 20 minutes walk from Westbahnhof. The room is austere, but quite clean, comfortable bed, good bedside light, bedside tables, safe, wardrobe with 4 attached hangers, TV and mirror. In the bathroom there is a dispenser with liquid soap and 2 cups. The towels are clean and odorless, good light in the bathroom, bathroom with a window. There is no hairdryer in the room, but the reception staff provides a hairdryer upon request. The staff is responsive and hospitable.

There is really not enough kettle in the room.

For the price of one night, this hotel is totally perfect 👌 the staff is well prepared, the rooms are nice, the location is great

The bathroom is quite small, if you're plus size I wouldnt recommend this accommodation, the rooms are soundproof but at 8/9 AM you can year people talking in the hallway, if you're used to take the means of transportation, you can easily reach any place, but it's not located near the center.

Excellent value for money. Underground parking ( you need to pay additionally, but not much considering its Vienna) 3 minutes to metro by foot. Nice people at reception. Its a cheap hotel by Vienna standarts so dont expect much, although i was totally comfortable there. Didnt have breakfast so cant comment on it but you can get a cup of coffee at the reception anytime. All in all would consider staying again when in Vienna

The hotel is located near the center, so you can get around a lot on foot. The room was clean, warm, the bed was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was clean. Equipped with soaps, toilet paper and white clean towels. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. There is a possibility of paying extra for breakfast. Parking was provided on the ground floor of the hotel.

Great value for money and the fact that the hotel has their own garage in which you can rent a spot, are the main highlights for this accommodation, for a family of 5 staying in the sextuple room in June for 3 nights. Other things were matching our expectations, such as communication, check-in experience, cleanliness, etc. Location is also good, metro station is reachable by foot, 5-7 minutes of walking away. Definitely a place which we would choose again next time.

Nothing really that we didn't like, everything was quite well, just a recommendation to add a fridge in the room which would also improve the overall facilities in the hotel.
