- Clean rooms and spacy bathroom with rain shower - Coffee machine and fridge in the room - Own radio in the room. Very nice touch. Never had that before in a hotel - Overall look and design of the hotel was beautiful - 24/7 reception and bar. The prices were also quite low for Vienna - Overall I had a good stay for a good price and I would definitely book again here for another stay in Vienna

- Quite loud. Closed windows can decrease noise from the road but you can still hear other customers in the next room or on the floor quite loudly, eg. When their TV was on. So maybe not for people that have extreme trouble sleeping

The hotel was very cozy and clean. We really liked the hotel’s exterior and interior. The room was cleaned every day, the bed was made, and coffee capsules were left for us. The location might not be right in the city center, but thanks to Vienna’s convenient public transport, all the places we wanted to visit were easily accessible. The most memorable thing about the hotel was that, as soon as we opened the room door, we were greeted by classical music playing from the radio. It gave us the feeling that we had truly arrived in Vienna. We really, really liked it.

The hotel was cosy, with a very nice design, and fast and service minded staff. Very efficient silent air condition (in the summer you absolutely need that in Wienna, and many hotels don't). I booked a park view room (which is more to a backyard), but there might be traffic noise from the road and overground metro on the street-side

The desk in the room was very small (just a small triangle), not fitted for work travel. Water flooded over the bathroom floor when bathing. The location is a bit far from the city center, and the hotel is located at a big road with a lot of traffic

All the team at the Donauwalzer were brilliant, friendly courteous and always ready to help. We didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel, as we spent the majority of our time in the city however all the interactions we had with the team were extremely positive. We noticed that on Sunday morning at breakfast a live music was being played with a violinist and a pianist in attendance. While we didn't actually stay for breakfast we both thought this was such a sweet and lovely Idea.

Not much not to like. The room was comfortable however the toilet and shower were separate and the space for the toilet was very small with both having a bit of difficulty closing the door when we needed to use it.

The room was large, the shower is top notch and the bed was comfy. The staff are really nice and polite. The building itself is quite impressive to admire. The interior design of the hotel is a fusion of old Vienna and modern so it is really aesthetically pleasing to be in.

Maybe more power outlets in the room just with all the electronic charging that had to be done, phone, external battery, laptop. Had to alternate charging between a few electronics. Sometimes it could get a bit loud from the noise outside, but if you're used to typical city life it's not an issue.

The hotel is great, the staff is friendly, my room was spacious and pleasant. The hotel offers everything you need for a work trip. All of the ladies at the front desk are super nice and helpful.

The bed was a little too soft for my taste, I would have prefered a firmer mattress. The WiFi has it moments... not consistent. The only really big issue was that the water pressure was very low, maybe it is because I was on a higher floor, but it was almost difficult to shower.

Once we entered to hotel it was nice. From the outside, first impression was a little concerning. Employees were very friendly and helpful. Two single beds for my son and I… were small but comfortable. Room very small. Close to train and subway to use to get around.

They didn’t have a business center to be able use… and their WiFi was not good at all. Became very frustrating! The breakfast looked really nice… but extremely expensive. Did not partake. Parking available, but inconvenient.

The room is very well thought out logically. Compact, but has everything you need. I asked for a quiet room, which was kindly provided. The breakfast is wonderful, beyond all praise. A vegan has a lot of different goodies for himself. And the live music at the weekend breakfast is wonderful. I had great pleasure. The administrator kindly printed out my boarding pass for the plane.

The room is very small, some may find it uncomfortable. But everything suited me. The room is near the elevator and sometimes clients close the doors noisily, you can hear it. The air conditioner is directed towards the bed, but this is a problem in almost all hotels. The room is far from the reception and there is no Wi-Fi.

We were very satisfied with our stay, and the accommodation was exactly as advertised. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, always fulfilling our requests promptly and with a smile. We would especially like to highlight the receptionist, who went above and beyond, even late in the evening, to ensure our comfort and offered a flexible solution for parking issues. Their attentive approach made our stay truly memorable.

Staff is amazingly nice, hotel's decor is very special and you can feel its history, rooms are themed, breakfast was impressive and well worth the money, while live music at breakfast was a nice twist. We stayed there only one night but loved it.

Location is ok, but not central, when we were there (a couple with young kids) we didn't find things to do in the evening other than take a taxi to the more touristic areas.
