What a nice little hotel in an exceptionally good location. This hotel is just a few steps away from Palma Old Town in one direction, and a few steps away from Paseo Born and Modernisme architectural delights in another direction. I can't imagine being more centrally located for both ancient and new sights. Our rooms were simple and modest but had everything we needed -- comfortable beds, chairs, tables, and open closets. Good lighting, and sheer curtains plus blinds. The bathrooms were ultra-modern and squeaky clean. Plumbing worked well, and the waterfall hot showers were glorious! Lots of fresh-smelling towels and lovely bedding. The safe worked without difficulty. A cozy, inviting reception and breakfast area, staffed by friendly, cheerful young ladies, who were very helpful. The crowning jewel of this hotel is its rooftop terrace, which has an unequalled, 360 degree view of Palma and its harbor, and in particular, the magnificent Cathedral. What a wonderful place in which to enjoy breakfast, afternoon tea, or drinks at sunset. We highly recommend this sweet little gem of a hotel and will definitely stay here again.

The A/C could have been a bit cooler ... but I'm post-menopausal and get warm easily.

fantastic location and friendly, helpful team running the place. My double room was great for my needs and I was able to do "work from hotel" on 2 days without any issues as well as use the place as a base for touring for the rest of my visit.. The rooftop terrace was great to take my morning coffee up to and everything worked and was well maintained.

While excellent in that all needs were met, the en suite was tightly packed and would have been nice to have more space (though clearly not possible). In spite of this the bathroom was clean, everything there that I needed and all in working order so this is really a minor point.

The location was great. Palma cathedral is just around the corner. Many bars and restaurants nearby. Bus stop is less than a minute, from there you can easily go to the main bus terminal. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our family room was very big. There was a separate single room besides the main room with a double bed. A mini fridge and safe were provided. I was surprised that we couldn't hear so much noise at night with many bars around.

They've already mentioned no elevator to the family room. The stairs are steep. If you have heavy luggage, it might be an issue. The floor was kind of dusty, even after the cleaning.

The location is ideal for exploring Palma on foot. It's so close to sights, boutiques, restaurants and shops. The train station to Soller is within a 15-min walk from the hotel. I even walked to the castle Bellver, stopping for coffee in Plant Shack. Staff were very friendly. They were topping up my water bottle every day. Breakfast is okay. A lot of fruit, cereal, pastries. Bread could have been better, and more fillings for sandwiches but what was served was enough to fill your tummy.

The room I had was a bit small with no view but,.I think, that's the beauty of staying central. The floor was a bit dirty but was cleaned straightaway when I raised the issue.

The location is just fantastic! Right in the city center, with a lot of restaurants and bars nearby. The rooftop terrace is incredible, especially during the sunset and at night. To the nearest beach it’s around 15-18 minutes walk. I recommend to go through the city, where there are a lot of shades, because it’s really hot on the seafront. The employees are very friendly and ready to help.

The only problem we had was the lout outside. We were in a family room (or something like that) that is situated in the building right next to the reception. The windows were facing a lively street, which is of course loud until later hours, and the inner court, where all the residents entered their rooms. The inner court is not so quiet either. Because of echo in it, every noise becomes louder. Many people shut their doors so strong, that the windows just trembles. And many people come back really late at night and talk loudly. Some sound isolation is missing.

Positioned in an excellent central location a stones throw from the cathedral, the property is blessed with a stunning rooftop terrace. This delivers a panoramic view of the city including the cathedral and is well worth spending an evening there with a drink or two watching the changing colours of the cathedral and the city as sunset arises. The staff delivered a first class service were polite friendly and even indulged me as I tried my basic Spanish on them. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean, well presented with aircon a small refrigerator and a lockable safe for your valuables.

My only minor niggle and it is minor was that the elevator was a little tired and perhaps in need of a facelift or perhaps replacement. It worked well but was a little slow.

The terrace where you were able to bring up your breakfast or have a glass of wine. Beautiful views of the city.The staff didnt mind if you BYO and they gave us glasses. Late check out 1100. The baggage hold for the last day and the use of a spotlessly clean toilet. Its very close to the Cathedral and if you want a swim beside the beach. The beach choppy waves if windy but for 2e you can catch the no 4 bus to Illetes sandy cove 20mins away.

The first room we had was tiny and the aircon didnt work initally. But they fixed it and also moved us the following day.

Great location, right in the old town and near lots of local landmarks and popular places. Cold drinking water bottles were available every day, which was convenient and a nice touch. The rooftop terrace also had amazing views and was a great place to enjoy at any time of day or evening. The staff were always friendly and helpful, and stored our bags for a few hours after we checked out. Our room was on the 6th floor, so also had great views of the cathedral and harbour.

The room was a bit small, but this was expected and was more than made up for by the great location of this hotel. We did book a 'double room' which stated it had a double bed, but actually had 2 single beds pushed together, but this again is a minor point. One final small issue was that the rooftop terrace was directly above our room, and the noise of people moving the tables and chairs in the mornings woke us up, but this was only from around 7:30-8am, so not too big of an issue.

it's a great location - just in center of all touristic attractions and restaurants streets, with some great restaurants just in front of the hotel. From the rooftop terrace you also can enjoy an amazing veiw of the city. One of the best things about the hotel - fantastic personnel! They are super friendly and super helpful! The team went above and beyond helping us to have great time in Mallorca.

The bathroom is a bit small - fine with us, but might be a challenge for L / XL size people. Our window faced a very busy street with some very popular restaurants - this also means there is some noise of crowds till later night. We enjoyed this - it gave feel of vibe, but noise-sensitive people need to get inner rooms.

The hotel is in a fantastic central location, just near the cathedral and many great bars and restaurants. The rooftop terrace is lovely and would be great in the summer (we travelled in February). The rooms are modern and bright and spotlessly clean. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly.

Our room was next to a large generator or something and the constant noise was a bit annoying. The beds are obviously new but I personally found them too firm to be comfortable. The room was nice but a little small for a 10 day stay - very little hanging space for clothes for example.
