The location was superb, the hotel was like an oasis, tucked away in the old town right in the centre of Palma close to the cathedral, bars, restaurants and shopping., and yet it was a quiet, calm and relaxing environment. Very restful and also right in the middle of everything you might want from Palma. The staff were amazing, accommodating and helpful, particularly Joan and Anna whose advice was really useful.

Coffee and tea making facilities in room would have been nice to have.

We got a free upgrade to the Puro Grand Hotel just around the corner, and after an issue with some noise outside the room, we even got a second upgrade to a very spacious room. The rooms are very stylish and the roof top terrace yet has to be topped by any other place. Also, the service from reception - especially from of Anna - was super friendly and helpful. Thank you again for making this stay so special!

Due to a wedding lunch that took longer than planned, we were not able to get our table for dinner in the wonderful restaurant inside Pure Grand Hotel. But as a compensation, the chef de service setup a nice table including heating in the beautiful patio, which made this dinner very exclusive to us :-)

I booked two rooms, one luxury double for us and a junior suite as a surprise to my friend who was celebrating his 60th birthday. The rooms were very comfortable but the junior suite did not have a sofa as the room description and photo. It wasn’t a problem to them.

The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect. Everything - restaurants, bars, tourist attractions, beach, etc. - was within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Rooms were great and there was a good selection of food at breakfast. Had a great time in the hotel bar on the Saturday evening. It turned in to a nightclub with a brilliant DJ. Tip - if you don't want to be disturbed by this, ask for a room on the upper floors when booking.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Great location as very central near the cathedral but also a great area for quality restaurants and bars. You can walk a matter of a few minutes to choose from many good restaurants. Nice room and facilities. The hotel is very tranquil with relaxing music, a fabulous roof terrace (great for sunbathing) and pretty courtyard.

I was disappointed it wasn't made clear before arriving you have to book their spa facilities as I'm used to just walking into saunas and steam rooms. Its not flexible having to book and you are only allowed one booking during your stay unless they have further availability. We also thought the layout of the room wasn't ideal. The bed in our room has a wooden edge and there is about a 15 cm gap between the bed and and side unit so we frequently caught our legs on the bed edge which resulted in bruises. I'd suggest a smaller side unit.

Location very central in Palma close to shops, restarants, boutique style room ,the delux double was amazing ,spacious with stairs leading up to a bathroom with double sinks , bathrobes, slippers ,toiletries Complimentary bracelets were a nice touch Breakfast was varied , buffet -have to ask for eggs fried/poach/boiled Fresh juices and coffee was good Luggage storage available Daily room service Rooftop was excellant with seating area and even a bed at the top with fantastic views especially at sunset.

The standard room i booked for the children was alot smaller and shower screen neefed abit of attention The breakfast room gets filled up quickly ,when full, you are seated in a room on otherside of courtyard. Buffet selection should be labelled as we had to keep asking whether it was vegetarian No tea making facilities in the room

A beautiful hotel well located in the heart of beautiful Palma. Lovely spaces, rooms , ambience and breakfast. One of Its strengths was most definitely customer service. A problem with our room was sorted out promptly, with kindness and professionalism, particularly by Anna , making us feel both valued and respected. Such an asset to an already service-focussed team.

From the moment we arrived everyone was so welcoming. We were greeted with a glass of cava as we checked in and given a free upgrade. We were early but were allowed to leave our luggage until our room was ready. Post check out also. Can't say thank you enough to the great staff. Would definitely stay here again!

An incredible hotel in the heart of Palma de Mallorca. Staff was super friendly, professional and attentive and the room was superb with a very good price to performance ratio. Spa and Jacuzzi were included for free. I can only recommend this hotel, if you want to disconnect for a few days in Palma.
