The whole team, stuff was just amazing! Unbelievably friendly all over the stay! Guys at the reception, bell boys, Sanja at breakfast-you all made our stay unforgettable. The complementary mini bar and coffee and juice by the check up is not a big deal for the hotel, but was so much appreciated by us! The most friendly team we have met during our last stays all over the world! I guess I was the most frequent driver and the guys had to take my car out from the garage sometimes 3 times a day, as well as put it down again, but not a single time they showed that they were not happy with that ;) we will come back for sure!

The experience you will have at this hotel will make you feel completely at home. Everyone who works treats you like one of your family. I've never been welcomed this warmly before. We would also like to special thanks to Manager Mr Boris for his close attention. I look forward to coming to Belgrad again and staying at this hotel again. Soundproofing between rooms could be better.

The overall hotel experience exceed my expectations. Beautiful room, pleasant restaurant area with great food choice on the menu. Special mention should be made to the fantastic staff throughout the hotel, it’s a wonderful service especially at the reception desk. The Hotel is an absolut recommendation, it has been a great pleasure being guest at the Saint Ten hotel once again and I definitely look forward to coming back.

The hotel is very nice, and the staff are pleasant. Room service works perfectly.

We had a room with a view of the dirty roof of the neighboring building; in my opinion, the hotel should offer such rooms at a significant discount. The cleanliness of the shower was not good; there were visible signs of mold, and the toilet seat was not properly attached.

Usually we like to visit new places, try different hotels, but after visiting Saint Ten - one is sure. Next time I visit Belgrade, Saint Ten will be my place to stay. Cosy, homy, welcoming, great service, delicious food, helpful stuff..., everything you need to have pleasant stay/holidays.

Location is perfect and breakfast is very good. Not a huge choice but definitely enough. Staff is extremely nice and helpful. Definitely one of the best hotels in Belgrade.

They take your car to the garage but it's hard to find free place in front of the hotel where to stop upon your arrival. I've missed holders for towels and Nespresso capsule are only two of the kind, that should improve.

The best thing about this hotel was the service/staff. The staff was very kind, friendly and always eager to help. The breakfast was great, the lobby was cosy. The hotel is very well located and there are some of Belgrade's landmarks close-by. We had booked the executive room and firstly ended up with the one with the bathtub however the staff was very helpful and we were able to switch to the one with the shower which was much better in our opinion and also more spacious.

Love the old building and decor. The light and air in the lobby is great especially as was warm and I could sit by the open doors. The room was in excellent condition and when there was an inside it was quickly resolved for me. This was appreciated and I also liked the evening gifts combined with interesting quotes. They have a friendly and warm team who looked after me well.

I think the breakfast food could be a higher standard

I think it’s the best in Belgrade. I can not explain how it was great. The staff, (Nicolas the great, Edward Norton-best receptionist ever-), and the other names that i couldn’t remember. They are not acting like a good staff, they are really friends. We booked two rooms and they were amazing. Very comfortable, very classy, very very clean. The restaurant of the hotel is open 24 hours and the food are very delicious. Definately i will be back. Thank you so much all staff to make our vacation great!!

The hotel is amazing. The location is great, only a 15 minute walk into the centre of Belgrade. It's a stunning hotel, the lobby and restaurant are very cool, the rooms are sleek and minimal. The best thing about the hotel is the staff though, they were super friendly and gave lots of good advice on bars and restaurants.

The AC was broken in our room for the first night so we were moved to a different room. Staff were super helpful and moved us straight away.
