IT WAS A GREAT LOCATON EXCEPT FOR really dreadful STREET NOISE. Take ear plugs. The accomodation was great except we had twin beds when we had clearly asked for A DOUBLE bed. the staff were not understanding about our concerns which after a long travel was not welcome. they appologied but we ennded up with twin beds which was most unwelcome.

Both the location and the view from the balcony overseeing Alhambra was great. We also liked the ease of access with digital codes for both bulding entrance and flat. Room cleaning was conducted on Thursdays and Friday as we stayed 7 nights. Plenty of storage room in the ceiling high wardrobe. Coffee provided for a unconventional coffee machine.

Sofa was stained and heating control guidance was missing which made the room hot during nights. The elevator stopped working for the last 2 days of our stay so carrying a 20kg luggage down from 5th floor was quite challenging although the worstpart was that no contact was made by the hosts to acknowledge problem and offer support, noting that we travelled with a child.

Overall excellent experience at Bibo Suites. The location is very central, right on the Gran Via, a main avenue through Granada. It is on the bus line from the airport and easy to find, and the communication from the host about check in (directions, codes, etc) was clear and helpful. The front door keypad was a bit finicky and did take me several tries to get in, but I got used to it. The suite itself was spacious and comfortable, with a nice living space to spread out and not only hang out in the bedroom, as well as a kitchen with everything we needed for a short stay (we didn't cook but did heat a few snacks/leftovers in the microwave). There's a nice balcony outdoors which we didn't use during the chillier weather, but would be really nice to eat or relax during warmer months.

The bed was not bad, but not the most comfortable on this trip either, and my back was a bit stiff in the mornings. The living room furniture could use a little sprucing up, as there were scratches on the table & a couple stains on the sofa, but none of this bothered us, to be honest, just might make a tad nicer impression.

The apartment was so central with an incredible view from our balcony. When we stepped out of the main door we were on the street in the middle of the city. It was in an amazing location not far from bars. restaurants, cafes and shopping areas with the cathedral directly across the road. Only a five minute walk away from the apartment was the walk to the stunning Alhambra and also markets and an incredible square with restaurants and eateries. An amazing location and we would definitely stay there again.

The only problem we had was we couldn't initially find the apartment complex as the instructions we received wern't as clear as they could have been. However once we got hold of the office someone met us and showed us the way to the apartment complex which we were very grateful for.

The location was perfect smack in the middle of everything. the main road is right outside the building, and you can walk to the cathedral and the rows of restaurants, although the restaurant a couple of steps away from the building named Via Colon serves very good food beginning with churros for breakfast and the tapas for the night are excellent too and their desserts are divine. The accommodation was very comfortable. They had coffee too, and there was a veranda outside if you're feeling too stuffy inside. The office people when you enter are very friendly and will help with directions and other questions. There is a Carrefour express a minute from the building and the bus station to Alhambra is also walking distance and you can take bus 132 or 130 buses to Alhambra . Bus fare to ALHAMBRA and around the city costs € 1.40 per person, and you can pay cash with the driver.. Overall, I highly recommend this place if you want the convenience and comfort of a home away from home

The best location. As we took buses to go to the Alhambra, Sacromonte, Albaycin, etc., we realized that it is important to be in the center and close to the first stops. (Otherwise sometimes the bus is packed and you cannot get on.) The staff was nice, check-in was smooth. Everything was perfect in terms of the hotel.

The parking near the hotel is 33€/24hours, and with the discount of the hotel, you pay €25/24hrs. For 2 nights of our stay, we paid €50 and additional hourly costs, so you might want to take this extra expenses into consideration and the fact that the parking is quite narrow and you need to drive really carefully. Excellent location. Close to all shopping and restaurants.. Apartment is clean and we enjoyed the stay. Only 1 bathroom is a small issue. But, considering all the great things, that's not an issue at all. Overall value for the money.

Since there was no one available after 8 PM, we found it difficult to do the check-in online, since their process is not friendly. Ended up filling in all the details 3 times. When I tried to reach the contact number, not much of help. Finally few hours before, received the door code...

I liked the apartment (Gran Via, 11 apartment 402). It was clean and modern and had a well equipped kitchen. It had the best shower of the 6 hotels or apartments that we stayed in during our trip to Spain. It was the only enclosed (USA style) shower we experienced so we could take a "better" shower.

I didn't like how to get to the apartment to avoid the cameras and restrictions on Calle Gran VIa.. After finding the parking garage at San Augustin , we drove around the garage for 40 minutes to find a parking space for our rental SUV. I would advise only parking there if you have a small car. In addition, the exit to the garage takes you onto Gran Via which we tried to avoid on our way to the parking garage. I'm hoping that a ticket is not coming in the future.

Excellent location. Less than 20 min walk or direct bus to Alhambra. A few door up is carefree mini market-has everything you need for breakfast or simple dinner. Staff looked after our luggage first and offered an hour early check- in when our room is ready.

The kitchen utensils are very basic. Can’t find a salad bowel or a lid for the big saucepan. But the dishwasher is a winner!

Great location, central, good communication via email. Well equipped.

Staff on the phone were not very enthusiastic. Really, could have done with somewhere to hang coats when you came in from the street other than the wardrobe. Some coathooks near the entrance would have been helpful as it had rained and the coats were damp. Better directions to the carpark would also have been helpful.
