Best known hotel of Novi Sad in the best location in the heart of the city, one minute walk from the Cathedral, main square and main pedestrian street (however contruction of underground parking next to the hotel will last until spring 2025 and obstruct views and make walk out of hotel less pleasant). Staff is amazingly hospitable and efficient - from the reception, cleaning lady to the breakfast room waiter. Stayed in the spacious suite with full bathroom and extra toilet. Great view of the city centre. Excellent value for money. Breakfast was plentiful but of average quality.

Living room and bedroom in the suite are not fully separated (no door). Breakfast quality could be better.

Everything else was fine and stuff was polite. Breakfast is great.

The room is clean but there was something in the air in the room and we were sneezing while we were in the room (probably some alergens). It is probably something up to that room. When we go out of the room everything was fine it just something probably with that room. I'm guessing other rooms don't have that problem. Parking is problem if you drive larger car - it is not possible to fit so pay close attention to free parking spaces which are available. Luckily it was weekend so we parked in the street where is normal car space.

I booked this hotel for a couple of nights in Novi Sad as I had a race there. My priority was location and the property is located right in the city center behind the main street with lots of shops, cafes and restaurants as well as within walking distance to bus station.

I asked the gentlemen at reception to give me a wakeup call as I didn't want to oversleep my race. Luckily I got up on time but just wanted to have a backup but no one called :(

It is located in the center of Novi Sad Between the two big squares. It has very friendly staff and very clean rooms. The prices are good and with free parking

You need 10 minutes every time you call the elevator to come as there is a problem. Also it has a poor breakfast.

Night life in front of the hotel is really loud, coz there is Fast food. Unfortunately, its loud even on 4th floor, through closed window. They say it is only through weekends. I guess it cant be heard on the other side of the hotel.

Central location of the hotel. Nice and clean room. Wide window with very nice view to the historic centre of the town. Spacious and modern bathroom. Good price with breakfast and Parking included.

At the time we stayed in the hotel, there were public works in progress right in front of the hotel and the access to it was a bit difficult. However, the location of the hotel is very convenient, just a few minutes walking to the historic centre and the main attractions of the city, as well as to the shops, restaurants, cafes.

The location is perfect, and the staff were very helpful throughout the stay. The price was also very good for the location.

The facility is a bit dated and needs some renovation. One of the elevators isn't working and there generally needed to be some improvements made.

Everything was so nice. The location is basically ground 0. You exit the hotel and you are right in the center of Novi Sad. The staff is very nice. The food was very consistent. The view from the room was awesome. (5'th floor with citadell view). The parking is quite small tho. About 6 cars max. You gotta be lucky to catch a place. I recomend 100%
