Hosts were really amicable! I got swift replies each time I needed. The aparatment was spacious for a single person with a comfortable bed and cable TV. The kitchen had all elements I needed!

I had a bit of problems with the garage and the apartment being in different buildings. Therefore I had to find a (not so close) parking spot to park a car, while I went to the appartment to get the garage keys when I initially arrived and finally leave the garage keys when I was leaving. The bathroom had some odd smell which was spreading throughout the whole apartment.

Good location, warm, clean, reasonably equipped apartment, simple check in with code.

Kitchennet was dark. The light curtains on the roof windows are broken. The link for online payment by bank card lead to the page with amount in local currency higher than it should be. When I opted to pay originally requested amount by cash it was not possible get the correct confirmation of payment. The manager suggested that pdf invoice (i.e. request of money) would work for my employer as a confirmation of the payment itself. In thee d I asked to write on the invoice "amount paid" and sign. Will see what my administration says

I stayed for over 3 weeks in room S1. I work remotely and the wifi was one of the best at any rental, rock solid the entire time and always over 100Mbit/s. Owner was helpful with various questions, check-in was easy, breakfasts delivered to the room each day was really good. Just order what you want and what time (starting 8:15am) the night before and it is delivered. Also location is ideal, one street away from town center, so not too noisy, but still right near everything. Heating is also very good, plus easy fresh air/breeze by opening the windows on both sides. Excellent gym about 100m down the street.

The room (S1) has sloped ceilings, so it feels a lot smaller than it is, as you can't really use a fair bit of the space. Even alone it felt cramped. Smell occasionally coming from the sinks/toilet. Usually fine, but a couple of times it got quite unpleasant and I had to fully open the windows to clear it out. Shower water pressure is very low.

All is new and well equipped. Location amazing, right in the center. AC is not blowing directly so you can sleep with Ac on in summer. I would definitely book it again.

There was no noise in the morning, only on weekends and night you could hear people on the street but that wasnt bothering me. I sleep like a baby. note for improvement: upgrade to fluffier pillows, those were kinda thin. TV had only channels I believe. Youtube and netflix could be useful :)

It’s in the center and option of private parking is great. The check-in instructions were very detailed and easy to follow. Our apartment (S6) had a great view and was very cosy. There are good places that serve breakfast very near, so there is was no need to get the breakfast delivered. And AC works great even on very hot summer day.

Apartment is quite new and already has a minor wear on it - this is not an owners fault, but rather the neglect of guests. Even though the room was clean enough, it could be better.

The apprtement is fully renovated and everything is new. It has everything you need. The owner was and helpful and he answer fast all the questions. Safe underground parking just some steps from the apartement. The entrance at the building and the garage can be a little tricky, but they send you clear instructions with pictures and is easy to find. Everything was clean, is really at the centre of the city and the check in and check out was really easy. I will stay again the next time in Novi Sad!

Because the building is really central, maybe you hear the noise at the bars around, so maybe it's a little bit problem if you can't sleep easy. Buy this is not fault of the apartment and also noise doesn't disturb me at all, so I didn't have any problem with that.

The room was in an amazing location.

In the description it was said there was a coffee maker (i expected a Nespresso machine or something) but it was only a water kettle. The room was super clean but in the entrance of the building there were cockroaches and on the walls stains of killed mosquitos. The included breakfast must be ordered through WhatsApp and its being delivered to your room. Also, i booked apartment 5, and when we got there the apartment was taken and we were given apartment 3.

Well maintained, modern, very clean place literally in the heart of the town. Very nice inside! The breakfast portion is HUGE! The assistance is very helpful, fast response in messages. Definetly good place, worth it! At weekend, the area is free to park you car, other way is 6 Eur parking spot from the host.

Parking is difficult! Just before arrive to the adress you find a little square, there do some rounds to find empty parking spots, otherwise you will go far in one way roads. No physical contact to anyone, you get codes and instructions by message to enter your room. If you don't have serbian mobile internet connection, could be tricky to read if dont save them before. Random Serbian pedestrian helped me by hotspot. :) Wifi is sometimes weak, sometimes good.

I loved that all we need was a code to get into our apartment. This made it so easy. The apartment was very clean and tidy. The air conditioning worked really well. It was quiet despite being in a busy area. Very close to restaurants and tourist attractions. Host was readily available to answer questions for us and responded quickly to emails. Actual bed was quite comfortable. Towels were nice and fluffy. Internet was fast and worked well. Amazing options for food nearby and everything we ate was delicious!

If you have mobility issues, know that you will have to climb stairs for all apartments. There is no smoking allowed in apartments which is great but somehow the halls still really smelled of smoke and first night smoke smell was in our room- perhaps other people were smoking in their apartments? our kiddo complained that the extra bed which was a convertible chair bed thing, was not comfortable. Biggest issue is not fault of apartment! But the parking in Novi Sad was INSANE! we got towed after parking for just a few minutes in wrong spot! It was a big pain to get our car back!

A very clean, spacious and nicely furnished apartment at a fantastic location in the heart of the city centre. The check in and check out are no contact, and we received very detailed directions (including pictures and videos) from the host before arriving, so we had absolutely no issues with finding and entering the apartment, as well as the parking space. I was afraid that parking would be difficult based on the video, but it is actually quite spacious so we had no issues with parking (just make sure to turn on navigation on your phone for easier guidance since there are a lot of one-way streets in the area). The kitchen is a bit small, but it is perfectly sufficient for a brief stay. Our apartment was upstairs which might be difficult for people with mobility issues since there is no elevator, but I noticed there are also apartments on the groundfloor. All in all, excellent value for money, and I would definitely book this apartment again.
