The rooms was a nice design and very clean , located in the centre 3 minutes walk from Main Street .The owner was a helpful chap .Breakfast was fine with enough choice .

Check in was not very good the entrance is a the back of the building , the front entrance was closed this created confusion . Once we found the entrance at the back this was locked so had to call the owner who came within ten minutes to open up and check us in . Although there is communal parking shared with a factory at the hotel it was behind a gate the owner advised us not to park here as he did not control the gate and we may get locked in. We parked outside on the street.it states in the hotel details it has a restaurant but this only opens for breakfast nor evening meals .

We loved our stay. The room was spacious and nicely decorated, the beds very comfortable. Heated floors in the bathroom were very nice. We stayed on the ground floor, it was quiet at night. The location is perfect, jut few steps from the pedestrian streets in the centre. Several restaurants within few hundred meters of the hotel.

The only disappointment was breakfast. Water for tea was lukewarm, no staff to ask for anything. On the second morning we had breakfast in our room which was much nicer as we could have hot tea. But at least breakfast was included in the price of the booking which was very reasonable.

The location of the hotel is excellent since it is a few steps away from the pedestrian way of the old town of Novi Sad. Some of the best restaurants are only 50 meters away. The staff are always helpful and friendly, they are flexible. Upon arrival we asked them if we could have a room on the ground floor since my husband had a bad knee and they changed our room immediately at no extra charge. The room was very spacious, nicely furnished, the bathroom was also large, comfortable and very clean. Everything was just right. We come back every year to this place and would come back again anytime.

Booked this hotel for my parents. They were satisfied with the stay: the room was good, the stuff was helpful, breakfasts were included, and air conditioner worked well 😀 The location is pretty good, as it is right in the historical center of Novi Sad.

The entrance is from the inner yard, and to get there you should go through the restaurant "Masha" on the one side (from the Zmaj Jovina street), or through the arch on the other. The arch is painted with lots of graffiti and doesn't look pretty.

Location was great, very close to city center by foot, but also a quiet neighborhood. Very spacious apartment and very helpful receptionist. We had a nice stay.

Breakfast was poor with very few options and not very well made. The heat from the radiators in the bedroom was not enough and we were kind of cold through the night, there was an AC in the living room but if you wanted to close the door to separate yourself from the others you wouldn't have enough heat. I would recommend a second AC unit in the bedroom.

The location of the property is perfect in the city centre. The breakfast was great. They have a parking place by the hotel, which is a plus.

The parking is gated (which is a plus), but only the staff member can open it when you want to leave. There was no one at the reception when we wanted to go explore with our car and when we called the number on the reception door, they said that nobody was there and that if we really need to go, somebody can come open the gates. This was quite inconvenient, so we took a taxi at the end.

Stylish, spacious room, very comfortable bed and excellent location. The main street is 1 min from the accommodation, excellent restaurants nearby.

Limited parking (although we booked before arrival), the bathroom is a bit used, especially the shower head, and deep cleaning is necessary. The walls are extremely thin, so you can hear the noises and voices of the neighbours. Breakfast with limited choices, the milk was sour. I would recommend eating in the nearby restaurants and coffee shops. All in all a nice hotel and with small changes and more attention it could be perfect. We stayed for 2 nights.

Staff all nice and ready to help.Nearby restaurants that are very good and worth it. The room was spotlessly clean everyday. Beds were comfortable as I like them hard mattress. Pillows when asked to have two more they brought them immediately. Very near city centre just five minutes away. In the room there is air-conditioning as when we stayed it was hot but we put it on. Overall it was superb

Breakfast was the same everyday if you stay for 1 night no problem,but I stayed for 4 nights and it gets boring.

There are no insect nets on the windows so all night we had problems with mosquitos and could not sleep... The breakfast was not served at the time they said, it was 20 minutes later. The place where the breakfast is served smells bad, moldy like, very dusty and negligent. The food did not look ok so we did not eat there.

We liked the size of the room it was very big, plus the bathroom was also very large, with a good step in shower. Having a kettle and teabags/coffee is always useful... Free parking was great. The apartment is very near to centre of Novi Sad.

Better information could have been provided about the free parking, we arrived a little early and there was no one to help us park or give advice. The breakfast was average, no freshly made eggs or omelette.
