Its very good location, many famous places of the city nearby. The staff is helpful too. I like that the room is designed with many multi sockets.

Soundproof is a serious problem in this hotel! You can hear guests in other rooms talking easily. If you stay in your room around 1-4pm (cleaning time) you can’t relax at all with all the vacuum machines sounds around. Other thing is the design of the room, they have good taste but not convenient when using (the toilet room was designed with opening space on top can cause bad smell to the room, no towel/clothes hanger in bathroom)

A bit dark in the room and the lighting wasn’t great for makeup. The toilet and shower don’t have a door. They’re just glass divider which makes it awkward when friends are sharing the room. There’s no clothes hanger in the shower.

The room was with a nice view of the 228 Peace Park. While it was small and the paint job could need a bit of a refresh, it has everything we need, like a soft and comfortable bed, and more. I especially liked that the toilet has a heated seat and a bidet, and they provide us water at the lobby at almost any time we need it. It's also quite easy to borrow an iron when needed.

The elevators are kinda slow in opening and closing. It'll be great as well if there were more in-building facilities we could enjoy

Excellent location for city centre tourism, close to an MRT station, next door to the National Museum and Natural History Museum, a 20-minute MRT ride from Taipei 101. A 10 minute walk from Taipei Main Station so easy to get to and from airport - only 150 TWD each way. Lots of good coffee shops and places to eat near by. Will stay again on my next Taiwan visit.

Could not get a room with a window when I booked, this would have been better to have a view.

This Hotel and the Staff attitude is Wonderful ,Friendly cleaning staff and attention to detail 10/10. Special mention to Sophie for her assistance and recommendations for local food . Front desk staff are always willing to help out and suggest visiting local places and remind me to take free bottled water every day

We absolutely loved everything in that hotel, from the staff (all of them so nice and polite!!), the rooms, the location (could walk from the train station with our luggages and to some main tourist spots too)... There also were multiple choices of places to eat in the area, and for the breakfast the restaurant right downstairs opposite the street at the corner was very nice and very cheap too. We liked so much that hotel, we stayed there again during our last days before leaving Taiwan :-) I hope we will be back there in a near future!

The hotel is in a great location, check in was smooth and everything was super clean. Accessible by a short walk from Taipei Main Station.

The bathroom and shower don't have a door, it's only a glass divider which is open on top. This is not comfortable when 2 people are staying in the room. There is some street noise too, which I believe is impossible to avoid, especially with all the busses and trucks' beeping at every turn.

The location is great. Only a few minutes walk from Taipei Station Exit Z6. Opposite a good size park and 5 minutes walk to the MRT station. Easy to find restaurants, cafes and convenient stores. The size of the room is big enough for a hotel in the city centre.

My room was located at the 1st floor (2F). The window wasn't soundproof properly so it's quite noisy. The traffic is very loud (buses passing by even later at night) so light sleeper needs to ask for a higher-up room.

The rooms are clean, comfortable and convenient. Our room with a view had a small bathtub as well as a rainshower. Location of hotel was very good. The personel is very helpful when you have questions! We had to book a PCR test for our next travel and personel was so kind to book an appointment at the city hospital for us.

The bed was effectively around 1,90m long. I slept a bit diagonally.

Great location, friendly, professional, helpful and knowledgeable staff, fantastic shower (super hot and amazing pressure), comfortable bed, clean room, my first auto toilet, very comfortable stay.

The usb plug didn't work. Not sure if the safe functioned, I tried to open, but decided no need as everyone in Taiwan seems honest and reliable.
