I liked the fact that it was a little away from Miami. Traffic was a little congested in the area, but that's not the fault of the hotel. I was just surprised it was like that. Great location though. Room was clean and spacious and quiet. Overall, great stay. Staff was very pleasant and I really appreciated the free coffee and fruit in the morning.

I didn't like the fact that I didn't receive housekeeping service to keep up the cleanliness of my room and I wasn't asked about receiving it either. That was a turn off for me because I had my wife with me who had surgery while we were there and I couldn't leave her alone to go hunt down housekeepers for toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, and clean bath towels all the time so that was a problem for me that definitely needs to be addressed and fixed. I stayed there for 6 days Dec 7-Dec 13 and I paid good money $1000.... And we didn't receive no housekeeping. Fix that problem Candlewood. Thank you

Well located, free carpark, free coffee, confy bed, complete kitchen

Dirty air con filters, staff were rude and not very helpful, we booked and agreed to our weekly clean but they didn’t do it due to miscommunication on their end. Dated rooms. Very expensive for the kind of hotel we paid over $1600 our a 7 days stay. Only did because it was an emergency due to a funeral.

Everything in general something that I would like to highlight they provide free laundry for their guests that’s awesome thank you

Color People smoking marihuana in the pool area that’s unacceptable, and definitely the carpets rooms need to be wash frequently

Location, parking, gym, free, coffee, filtered water, comfortable for my pet, great staff. Also, the location was very quiet, easy to move around and has pretty views out the windows.

Soap and sponge to clean used pots in the kitchenette Other than that, it truly was excellent. Also more coffee in the room would be nice. Truly it was a wonderful experience.

Staff was very friendly, check in and check out was fast, room size was large.

Upon entering the room the first thing was the smell of food that someone had been cooking. The smell was bad. I spoke to the front desk and they tried to spray something but it didn't really help much.

We like that is well located, the staff is very nice. It's near our family and friends. Since it was 4th of July, we could see the fireworks from the surrounding area in the comfort of our room.

It was clean, comfortable, friendly staff. The coffee and fruits available all day was a plus.

The laundry room needs better working machines.

It's near my family. You have a little stove, fridge and microwave to prepare your meals.

It seemed that they just moved the security bars in the shower and the holes were patch but still you could see it.

Check in with Abi was smooth pleasant. Decent location perfect for visiting family nearby

The plates were not washed they were dirty in the cabinet and the toiletries needed to be replenished the lotion was opened. We request a refill and change and it was done. It took all Day but the staff were so polite lovely
