The checkin and checkout staff were very friendly. The complimentary cookie and mint water were welcome touches. The pancake machine made moist pancakes. Nice to have mini kitchenette. Parking was spacious enough for a large work van. The hotel area was full of fruit farms and nurseries and had good restaurants in close proximity.

The sausage patty was not good. The shower tiles and caulk were painted and scraping off. The shower head could have been replaced. The soaps were too heavily perfumed.

The breakfast was definitely good💯 I have to definitely give the hotel 💯. The ladies tht was on duty tht night of my stay was everything. I think there name are Marie and Alyssa. They was a true blessing I had be rush to the Er a vascular vein burst in my leg this morning the countuine to bleed . I call front desk the came up and applied pressure until the EMT arrived. Very scary for me I was traveling with my 28 yr old austic daughter. Didn’t know wht was going happen her way I was been transported but they work it and she was allowed to travel with me to the Er. This hotel really has my 💯💯💯💯💯 and definitely the staff💯💯💯💯💯 Thank you ladies tht was there to help me. Definitely make sure you guys stay and enjoy. Very clean and nice hotel. Beds comfortable

Everything was great

The location was very good and quiet. The parking lot was included which was a great plus, and didn't feel insecure as I had in multiple other locations. The drugstore in the ground floor was very convenient as we arrived late at night. I loved the size of the room, very comfortable and spacious. Everyone was very corteous and everything went flawless. I will definitely stay again for a few nights in Miami at less than 30' from Miami International Airport.

Breakfast although included was very basic and a bit tasteless honestly. Could have been much better and think there is room for improvement there. At least it was included in the fare.

The breakfast was great. I was going to write a letter to the General Manager. I have many years working with Luxury hotels in New York City. I think you need to make the entrance area a little more inviting. Maybe two large plants. A bench with a few pillows. I think painting the hotel would be great as well. This is stuff I noticed. You have a great property just need to beef it up a little bit

There was no hot water at 9am and my brother who took a shower at 7am, different room and floor, did not have water either! The staff’s excuse was there was probably too many people taking a shower at those times! Also, we did not like the location! It was too far from everything and hard to find a restaurant nearby!

We stayed here to visit the Everglades and the hotel was perfectly located at around 35 minute drive from Shark Alley. The pool was a lovely added bonus as was the breakfast which I hadn’t realised was included. We were delayed leaving due to bad weather and the staff were so accommodating and extended our booking free of charge for a few hours. rooms we clean and comfortable, staff helpful and friendly, shop for small snacks and drinks was really useful.

Fix the second elevator. This hotel has a volume that requires two working elevators. Fix the ice machines on the other floors.

The hotel provided everything we needed. The rooms were booked were actually big enough, they were clean, furniture was in good condition and the breakfast was okay too. The Staff was always helpful and friendly. The airport wasn’t disturbing at all. So all in all good value for the money.

The location was a bit outside of town so we really had to drive for everything. What again is a big thing for us in a negative way (and we experienced that in 3 other hotels throughout Florida too) everything being served for breakfast comes in plastic. Plastic plate, cutlery, coffee cups, literally everything. Waste consumption should be definitely reduced and plastic should be replaced by reusable dishes.

The hotel was very nice and so were the staff. I liked the idea of getting coffee any time of the day gratis. The breakfast was more than satisfying.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express at two different times during our stay. The second time we returned, we had a room on the second floor and it was near the elevator. We constantly heard the elevator going up and down all night which was very annoying. The pool could have been a bit cleaner. Other than these two things, our stay was enjoyable. I liked the idea of free parking. I would stay at the Holiday Inn Express again, should I return to Florida.

Everything was excellent I stay at holiday inn a lot and this is one of there best properties !

Only 1 thing there was 2 elevators , but only one worked and took awhile to come down , but everything else was great, so it didn’t bother me !
