The staff were exceptionally approachable, polite, and warm, making us feel welcomed. Prior to our arrival, I had reached out to the hotel, and they responded promptly and were incredibly helpful. The hotel exuded a charming, homely atmosphere and is located in a quiet area. Our suite was spacious and ideal for our family—just what we needed. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk to the old town but it’s on a hill, which could be a bit hard for some people to walk up, but you can get a taxi up. I also enjoyed learning about the rich history of the hotel and its origins. Sarajevo is such a beautiful city, and I can’t wait to return soon.

I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel near the city centre, and it exceeded all expectations! The location is ideal—just a short walk from major attractions, shops, and restaurants, yet far enough to offer a peaceful escape. The rooms were beautifully designed, spacious, and spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed that guaranteed a great night’s sleep. The attention to detail in the room amenities added a luxurious touch. What truly sets this hotel apart is its rich family history. The building has an incredible story behind it, which the staff are more than happy to share. It adds a unique charm and character that makes the experience unforgettable. Speaking of the staff, they were exceptional—friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests felt welcome. Their recommendations for local dining and activities were spot-on. Breakfast was fantastic, with a diverse selection of fresh and delicious options. The hotel also features [mention a standout feature, e.g., a stunning rooftop terrace or spa], which added to the overall experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. It’s a perfect blend of comfort, history, and convenience. I’ll definitely be returning on my next visit!

wonderful place in Sarajevo. is located on a hill, so you need to take it in you mind when walking with children and elderly people. The property is located 10-15 minutes walk from Bascarsija and Vijecnica, 30 minutes from famous Latin bridge. The hotel is suitable for families with children. You can get a baby cot. the breakfasts are very good and varied.

we had a problem in the room which the staff resolved quickly and professionally. This kind of attitude towards guests is exactly what all guests expect.

Location: 10m walking distance to Old Town. Got promoted for a better room FoC. Nice view. High quality furniture and nice, clean room. Individual heating. Noiseless mini bar (fridge). Wide range of food for breakfast. Very delicious blue cheese, smoked dried beef, salami, eggs prepared in many ways, etc.

We prefer shower gel, instead of a small soap (but there were shampoo, conditioner and body lotion). Slight buzzing sound was coming from the electric breaker box, which was a bit disturbing in the full silence right before sleep. No alternative (plant based) milk was offered during breakfast.

The Hotel Aziza is simply an experience in itself and is run by the family with so much love. You don't just feel like a hotel guest but like you are part of the family. We were beyond grateful how kind the hosts were about the spontaneous booking. We had a truly great experience as the staff made us instantly feel welcome. They were so exceptionally helpful, charming and is the heart of the property. The sauna was turned on especially for us after a cold, rainy day and we always received so many helpful tips. We particularly liked the Café Kamarilla, where you can also sit without smoking. It was a beautiful hotel room close to the old town of Sarajewo. We enjoyed laying next to the windows enjoying the view on the city. The spacious hotel room has absolutely a modern cosy feeling to it, perfect for everyone looking for an escape. It is really well-equipped as it has everything you need. Everything was there to immediately feel at home. On the first glance, you could already see that the cleanliness was exceptional. Overall a great and charming experience. You won't regret booking this apartment. We would recommend it to everyone and would happily book it again as a comfortable refuge. Thank you again for everything!

Great location, near in the city. Very good breakfast. Very accomodating and helpful staff. Very good wifi connection. The hotel was clean and it smells good when you entering in the hotel/lobby. Very comfortable place to stay in Sarajevo.

When you came from the city, the hotel located uphill so it was little difficult to go uphill but it was a good exercise though to go uphill☺️

Loved the junior suite - plenty of room to spread out and the balcony was really pleasant. Loved how family oriented the hotel was - from the room numbers to the number of family members who work there

The walk up the hill is certainly a challenge but is rewarding at the end of the day when you get a really great outlook. Don’t even attempt to stay here if you you are totally unfit

The Junior Executive Suite on the 3rd floor overlooked the Old Town in Sarajevo, and you watched the sun rise. The neighborhood is QUIET, almost silent at night, letting you enjoy the stars at night. The bed is firm and enormous. Comfy, and I slept like a baby each night. The room is cleaned, the bed made, and new towels are added daily. The staff speaks English way better than my Bosnian. The free Continental Breakfast is amazing. Everything is clean, gorgeous, and the staff, facilities, location, food...all amazing. They even called a cab for me to make my departing flight. Just exceptional. The experience was just as lovely as my stay in Japan. They know hospitality here in Bosnia! I'm returning to Sarajevo in April or May 2023, and will reserve at Hotel Aziza for 3 weeks, same amazing room. I won't stay anywhere else! I love this hotel and staff so much! They made this traveler feel so welcomed! Love them!!!

I didn't get to stay longer. Also, no laundry cleaning on-site. But, nothing is perfect.

Nice and charming hotel. It smells so good. The staff is so friendly. They make your stay better. Very close to the centre and next to a memorial. The history of the hotel is beautiful. You’ll read it once you are there.

Just keep in mind, it’s on a hill. So it’s not for everyone (for example If you have difficulty to walk and you are without car).

The breakfast was really good. I can't say there was plenty of products but you won't be hungry after eating the meal. Room and whole hotel was totally clean and you can see and feel the tidiness everywhere. There are bright and warm colors all around. The man at the reception was really kind and friendly. The hotel is located greately - it's just 15 minutes walking to the city center.

The only one problem that you can meet is the parking. It is seriously small - sometimes they can ask you to park in the street next to hotel.
