We really enjoyed our stay here. Very easy access to the city. Staff very helpful. Breakfast was fun as we meet others. Highly recommend this as a place to stay in Sarajevo.

The hotel is small, but very clean and well kept. It is a bit of a hike uphill, so pack good climbing shoes! But I like the location, because it's in City Center and really close the bazar, but far-enough away from the hustle of the city that it's nice and quiet. The breakfast was solid and the employees were friendly and accommodating.

There was a family with two small children in the room next to me; I woke up when they woke up, which was earlier than I'd have liked. So yes, this place isn't sound-proof. But that wasn't necessarily the staff's fault, and I didn't make a fuss.

The room is very big. It also had a fridge. Our view was the city. The city hall is very close and the center is very close. From the center at the hotel you have to walk a big uphill but it is fine. The problem is if you have a car, because the road is narrow, with rocks and the uphill is very steep. The breakfast is ok ( but some hot things like the eggs or the sausages weren't hot even though they kept them separate from the cold things. From the other side, the cold things' temperature war the rooms'temperature. ) But everything was fresh and tasty. At the check out they gave us some trational sweets very kind move so thank you very much.

Our room wasn't clean enough. For example, they have a glass at the bathroom, which supposed to be steriled and sealed in a bag. We had to wash the glass because it was dirty from toothpast. Also, one of the pillows had some black marks. We had to pay cash due to a problem at the pos, I hope that it was just for us and it is not something they do generally.

Hotel staff, specially Adna (I think the name means a pleasure), made everything good. She was very helpful and even drove the car for us when we had problems because of the very narrow roads. Her smile and kindness made every day a good day. The hotel has,as well, a nice location with lot of good restaurants and a history in every step.

I would recomment to put a sign with the hotel name on the top of the house. We had difficulties in finding the hotel ( after asking people around and trying to find it in our GPS we were thinkink if it was a fake hotel, but surely it is not)

I was thoroughly impressed! The hotel was incredibly clean and well-maintained, which was a huge plus. The room was also very quiet, which ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel's central location was extremely convenient and allowed us to easily explore the city. The design of the hotel was also very stylish and modern, which added to the overall experience. I especially loved the spacious shower, which was a nice touch. The receptionist was incredibly accommodating and even prepared a delicious vegetarian/vegan breakfast for us, which was much appreciated. Overall, I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Boss and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience in Sarajevo.

Hotel location is in the city center, clean and relax rooms, kind staff. You can also have your breakfast at the outside in the nature with fresh air which is great option.

Overally we satisfied but the most important issue is we couldn't pay with credit card and they complained about the to get their money late when payment with credit card, so we had to pay in cash. Furthermore, when we requested invoice, they told us printer has issue and requested our mail adress but 2 days we waited to receive mail and finally we got it after reminder mail.

The ladies at the reception desk were very kind and helpful. The view is very nice over the city. Very modern and comfortable rooms and good bed. Good location 5 minutes walk to the townhall but on narrow, very steep streets. Parking place very good.

Only one key for the door. Usually must be 2, one for each guest. The tv doesn't work. No channel at all. Can not use HDMI either to see our pictures. TV set is an useless object on the wall. On the other hand, with such a location and view it is such a pity the rooms have no balconies. One more negative thing is that they did not allow us to pay with card, also not with euro in cash, only cash in local currency. So we had to withdraw money from ATM and the cost was higher because of high fee.

It’s located a short walk from the old town so ideal. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was great, lots of choice. Reception staff were great, the lady to checked me in (Aisha - spelling?) was truly outstanding and gave me a list of places to visit.

Like much of the city the hotel is on a hillside and took some finding. Don’t let your satnav send you up an adjacent, steep, cobbled street. The rear of the hotel is what you see first, but it’s not obvious, no sign up at the time of writing. Parking is limited and at the front of the hotel, accessed by a rough (non tarmac), fairly steep lane. Motorcyclists beware, some won’t be happy with this off piste section. If it’s not for you, limited parking is available in the road to the rear. If you’re concerned about security, there’s an underground car park (you’ll drive past it) which will set you back €10/night. Don’t let any of this put you off, it’s an excellent hotel!

We met two receptionists, both of whom were very nice, but the lady was particularly informative about Sarajevo, our stay, and more. To top it off, she went above and beyond when we accidentally locked our keys in the car. She quickly ensured that we received the help we needed. The hotel is new and clean, offering a comfortable atmosphere for guests. Its location is ideal, as it is situated near the old town where all the "must-sees" are. The private parking available was also an important factor for us, as it provided us with a sense of security and convenience. Overall, the Hotel Boss in Sarajevo provides a comfortable and convenient stay for its guests. The exceptional service, clean facilities, and prime location make it a great choice for those visiting the city.

The staff is great! Very friendly and helpful. I had some special requests for the bed and everything was taken care of before our arrival. The location is great right a few steps above the old town, with parking and near a supermarket. It is uphill tho so not for people with mobility issues. The hotel looks pretty new, a modern boutique with clean and comfortable rooms. Great value for money!! I would totally stay there again

The breakfast is not amazing but it is OK to grab something. Good value for money anyway. There is also free drinkable water, juice and coffee all day which is great.
