Excellent location, just steps from the Old Town, making it ideal for exploring the city. Friendly and attentive staff especially Diana and Nadim. Beautiful indoor pool and fitness centre. The breakfast was good, could do with more variety. Room was nice and clean however no views from the window as we were inward facing on the 7th floor.

Breakfast options could be enhanced with greater variety, especially for diverse dietary preferences. Accessing the pool through the lobby in robes felt uncomfortable and awkward. Our 7th-floor room lacked a view, and certain facilities could benefit from better maintenance. Noise insulation was insufficient, as sounds from neighboring rooms were audible. The bathroom design posed challenges: the toilet was cramped for taller individuals like myseld, and the shower leaked, leaving a large puddle on the floor. Addressing these issues could significantly improve the guest experience.

The location is just amazing 5 minutes walk and you are in the old town the room was clean the bed was comfortable the shower was great and we were right near the door to go downstairs to the 🏊 pool that had a sauna and steam room used both really clean and spacious just couldn’t fault this hotel it was perfect. Breakfast was really good plenty to choose from eggs fried scrambled and boiled a nice selection of cold meats and cheeses toast and fresh fruit just excellent really enjoyed our stay Maria & Shaun. There was nothing we didn’t like everything was just ace

It’s a lovely hotel perfectly located a couple of minutes walk from the old town. We made use of the basement swimming pool, which is very large and has a good sauna and plunge pool. We didn’t check out the gym. Breakfast was more than ample and varied.

The only negative was where our room was located. Although it was a large modern room, it was on the first floor, above a noisy bar, on a Saturday night. The music didn’t stop until about 2:00am. It’s not the fault of the hotel what other establishments neighbour the hotel. However, the issue we had to complain about the following morning was that, if the hotel is sparsely occupied and has plenty of available room, they shouldn’t check guests into low floors (close to loud bars) on a Saturday night.

Location is indeed very central, everything is walkable from here. Great place if you're into fitness as it has a gym, swimming pool, sauna etc. and they are all excellent. Breakfast was great. Was a nice surprise to have plenty of English TV channels. I would say pretty good value for money on the whole.

The staff, while professional, were not exactly friendly. Some of the decor is just a bit weird (our room had an Irish theme, for example, no idea why considering it's in Sarajevo?). It's pretty noisy as it's surrounded by bars and clubs- we stayed mid-week so the music stopped early ish, might be a bit of a nightmare on weekends though. The swimming pool is a proper pool and, as such, great for actual swimming. For kids though, it's very cold, and ours lasted about 5 minutes before their teeth were chattering.

Location was great. Easy walk to all main sights to see, the bazaar, the museum, and even the chairlift to the viewing point was an easy walk. Lots of atmosphere surrounding the property at night and the staff were equally hilarious and friendly. The breakfast was European Continental, lots of good options, must eat the pastries! The room itself was clean and I’d stay here again.

The property was a little tired and the hallways make you a little unsure what to expect when you get to your room but it was a clean room with great facilities, a safe, robes etc.

Great location, good spa (but the pool could be a bit deeper) and room facilities

The weak point is WiFi, to say "it was bad" means to say nothing. Almost no WiFi coverage in the rooms (406 in particular); I had to sit and work at the door just to have a chance to connect my laptop. Even in the lobby the situation with WiFi was not much better, constantly dropped connection, low, very low speed, etc. So if you are considering working from the hotel - you'd better reconsider.

The location is perfect and with many opportunities to discover Sarajevo. The apartment has been as it has been expected, spacious with a terrace and small kitchen. The spa centre has a proper swimming pool with rather chilly temperature of water.

The biggest disappointment was placement of garage that is in a hotel Europa. It was quite a challenge to use the comfort of garage, as it was not a part of hotel facilities. The spa centre need some adjustment to meet customer expectations. A relax chairs (or any chairs) could significant improve service in sauna.

The room was very nice and clean and spacious. The reception also looks nice. The gym facility is also nice. The location is the best. You are at walking distance from all the attractions from the Old City.

The swimming pool is a little cold for children. You could do a bath only after getting out of the dry sauna (the only one that was working when I was there) . You don't have a parking place but you can park in the underground at Hotel Europe for 12 euros a day.

Excellent location, the swimming pool and sauna are great. All meets my expectations, exactly as described. Breakfast is quite good also.

The only issue is the noise from the nearest pub on Friday night, but it's the center of the city so it's expected.

The location was perfect right near everything. The breakfast was excellent - lots of choices and a good value for the money. The room met our needs for the week and was very clean and comfortable. The staff was amazing so friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed getting to know them they were great!! The pool and the workout rooms were a wonderful addition.

The room layout was a little strange with the TV right in the middle of the room taking up a lot of floor space. Also the European comforter doesn't provide enough covers or blankets. Lastly we could not turn on the air conditioning so the room was too warm so we had to open the window and then it was noisy.
