Overall a lovely stay at this hotel. So conveniently placed in the old city. Staff were so helpful especially Aida, always willing to help. Breakfast was lovely, just what you need to start the day. Clean and tidy each morning. Small little bins at the table, clean as you go along, great idea. Room was perfect for solo travel like me, just a small qualm no full length wardrobe to hang clothes. Shower facilities perfect, toiletries always stocked up, warm water. Overall fabulous. I would recommend this hotel at the great price and would love to return and stay there again.

Would have been nice to see someone working at the front desk of the property. We were there for three nights and we only saw someone at check-in (and that only when we called the telephone number written on the door). When we checked out our front door key wasn’t working and no one was around to help us exit the building. I called the telephone number, knocked on the door that said “private”…to no avail. After working the key in the lock for a while we finally got the door open. Definitely not a pleasant experience and seemed to us like a fire hazard.

The friendly service made us feel like we were at home. We were especially happy with the smiling service and sincerity of the people we were in direct contact with. Breakfast was very good, there was a wide variety of fresh and newly prepared foods and all kinds of cold and hot drinks. The rooms are small but clean and adequate.

This was our second stay at the hotel. Just as with the first, everything was great. Staff is super nice and welcoming, the rooms are comfortable, breakfast is really good and the location is unbeatable directly in the Old Town. We will come again!

Everything! The hotel’s location is perfect, right in the old city. The hotel owner is extremely nice and helpful, the room is comfortable and there is everything you need. Breakfast is great too and the staff is super friendly 😊 we will definitely come back, can only recommend this place !!

Hotel Noble's location is excellent. It's in the center of old city and close to all historical places. We were very happy with the hotel staff. They were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with many local & international fresh food choices presented in a very clean environment.

Great location, right in the centre of the historic area of Sarajevo, the Baščaršija square is less than 5 minutes walk away with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Railway station is about 3km walk. Trams are nearby in Baščaršija but beware of scams with some ticket inspectors onboard. Hotel offers an excellent breakfast included in room rate and will offer a transfer service (for a fee) from the airport, even if you arrive late outside normal checkin hours. Overall highly recommended for a short stay in Sarajevo

Only thing that comes to mind is perhaps better lighting in the bathroom, I was a bit dark. There was no servicing of the room during my stay and replenishing of towels etc. which I was expecting.

Great location, almost in the heart of Sarajevo Old Town, a little bit old fashioned, you can feel 90's vibe however rooms are clean and well-equipped, provided bottles of water, fresh towels and bedding, very good breakfast served in the restaurant next door, great value for money.

There was no one at the frondest when we arrived. There is a ring bell but nobody showed up. We had to call the staff for check in. Very loud in the evenings from nearby bars.

Centrally located and this was convenient for us, because it was rainy during our time in Sarajevo so we could easily come back to the hotel anytime we needed. The breakfast was amazing - be sure to go for the Bosnian breakfast option!

The hotel reception is only staffed when you are expected to check in/out. Therefore, you should ask all your questions when you check-in, if you need to speak to the staff in person. Otherwise, you will need to call/whatsapp them.

Really nice and well appointed hotel in the heart of Sarajevo’s Baščaršija, with loads of great restaurants in its vicinity. The room was great with all mod cons and very clean. Breakfast was really nice with a decent variety and the staff were lovely and helpful. Loved it!
