The location was great, so close to everything in town and only one road over from the marina. The apartment is studio style, rather than one bedroom, but this suited me fine. The bathroom is small but functional, with a spacious shower. Check in and access were straight forward and simple. Contact with the host was clear and he stated he was available if there were any issues, though there were none. I would absolutely stay here again when I need to be in Kinsale.

Some noise from other residents slamming doors upon returning in the early hours, but nothing overwhelming.

Location was fantastic. The apartments are above a cafe on the main high street of Kinsale. It could not be more central.

We met the man who managed the apartments. His manner was surly and unhelpful. He refused to respond to calls and texts and e mails before our arrival. The accommodation was satisfactory and not expensive but could do with some updating and redecorating. There were only two plates, two cups, two glasses, two pans, and two sets of cutlery. This seemed unnecessarily mean.

I loved this property. The location and views were superb. Looking over the harbour from both windows. Perfectly situated in the centre, right beside lots of restaurants, shops, pubs (but very quiet and peaceful). The lovely walk to Charles Fort and Summercove was very close, as was the harbour (just around the corner). Free parking was around the corner along the harbour walk.

Shower leaked a little out the bottom of the glass so had to be mindful of where to put the mat, but a very small problem. And toilet was a little wobbly but just had to sit carefully.

We were in Apartment 4 so we had a lovely view of Kinsale Harbour. Great location and dog friendly. Walking distance to restaurants, pubs and shops. The Post House coffee shop opens at 8am and coffee is superb. They also serve very nice wine, a little bit expensive but very good! Near nice public park and playground. Great communication from the host who was very helpful!

€25 per night for Yorkshire Terrier was a bit expensive but our little dog loved the place.

The location is great! We loved having a spacious apartment and the coffee shop down below. We loved grabbing a coffee in the morning while planning our day. The apartment was spacious with comfortable beds. It was clean.

The parking was difficult to navigate when we arrived. The streets are very narrow, and it was hard to drop our luggage and find parking. It was sort of loud at nighttime. We had sound machines, but if you didn't, it could be hard to sleep for a light sleeper.

We stayed in Unit 3 which is a full three bedroom apartment overlooking the narrow street. Every room was well appointed with window seats, crown molding, and lovely accents. The bathroom was also spacious and clean and updated, and a small kitchenette provided a fridge and other amenities. You get a lot of elegance for the price here. The location also can't be beat. You are just a 2 or 3 minute walk from the waterfront, market square, and dozens of places to eat or drink or see live music. Noise was also not a problem.

A couple minor quibbles... the TV in the main bedroom simply did not work, and the bed in the 2nd bedroom was a queen/full while we had been expecting 2 kings.

Location was beyond perfect - central with parking right beside it. Above a nice little coffee shop and surrounded by all of the restaurants and a lovely little wine and book bar.

The only fault which is by now means on the owners/property itself is it's right off a main street so if you're a light sleeper you may be kept up by people talking outside as they walk by. Didn't impact me at all though!

We would definitely recommend staying in the post house, and will be back, hopefully when we get better weather. Location and size of the apartment was absolutely great, very central to everything going on in kinsale but far enough away that you dont get kept up at night. The views out over kinsale harbour from our apartment (#4) were brilliant. We didnt cook but had we, the kitchen was well equipped to accommodate it.

Couldn't get the wifi to work, but it wasn't an issue .

The location was excellent. The apartments were very clean and tidy.

We were supposed to be given door access codes via message but didn't get them. Varon was on site to give us access but was gone in a instant ! There was no tea towels provided for the washing up. The fact that there was only four cups, glasses etc made it awkward to invite our friends that were in apartment number 2 up for drinks etc. The TV system was almost impossible to use. We could on occasions get YouTube or Netflix but no other programs.

The apartment was nice. the location was great, The cafe downstairs with enclosed courtyard seating was a bonus. nice having the kitchenette with a refrigerator freezer cooktop and microwave was convenient. Very walkable to everything to do in Kinsale, we would stay here again and definitely recommend it.

Street and close by parking lot was in high demand but we managed.
