I like the location a lot. The apartment is located in the heart of Lisbon. The apartment is nicely renovated and it has all one needs. the view from the window of the sleeping room is really nice!

nothing to complain actually. maybe a suggestion: some lights in the living room that have variable intensity (like dimmers) would be great, now the light is low intensity, warm (good for the eyes, for sure) but maybe sometimes one needs good lightning. I am not myself used to this type of checkins all automated and modernized, with codes etc. for a conventional traveler, a detailed info (maybe a video, with detailed info/tutorial) would help.

Everything was nice and comfortable but only thing on the last day I got bitten up by bedbugs when I was sitting in the antique chair…

I prefer in person check-ins o automated ones. Also, our apartment was in the 3rd floor and the elevator out of order (my husband has heart issues and this was a great handicap)

3rd floor, lift not working. And apartment has an internal staircase. Not an issue for us but unsuitable if you have poor mobility Check in is a bit complicated. Temporary code to access the building first time. After check in at digital kiosk on 3rd floor, you get a QR code telling you (1) entry code for the building and (2) separate entry code for the apartment. And you need to type in the apartment code fast. If you are slow, it doesn't work

The apartment was very spacious. Location was excellent. Easy access to main old town locations and transport system. Loads of great restaurants within an easy walk.

We had some problems as the main entrance was not in use. The lift was not working and as far as we could see had not been working for some considerable time. We were not warned about this. We had to lug suitcases up 3 floors without any assistance. Fortunately we are able enough to cope with this but had we had a disability this would have been a major problem not just for luggage but for general access. More comfortable seating downstairs would have been nice, even if it was just one extra armchair.

Perfect location to visit the city during the day and to enjoy the night. Well served by local bus or tram. The apartment is very well equipped offering everything you need for a comfortable stay. In addition we appreciate a lot the daily clean up service included in the room rate.

For my group was not so easy to access to the main building because we didn't made the pre check in. The internal illumination was no sufficient for us. I suggest adding some restaurant recommendations.

The location is good, very clean and tidy, the staff are responsive and the communication is smooth.The scenery outside the window is also very good. Overall very satisfied.

The only regret is that the coffee machine is a drip type and requires coffee powder, but there is no coffee powder in the room. This is something I didn't expect. People who travel for three or four days don’t carry coffee powder with them. This is the first time I have encountered this problem. When traveling and staying in any other country, if there is a coffee machine, it will be equipped with capsules or coffee powder.

Everything was perfect - the apartment is huge and luminous; the location is right next to Bica and you can see the coast on the other side. It is amazing to have a bath with such a view! We liked the aesthetics of the apartment and cleanliness. Perfect stay to put it short!

Nothing Maybe a newer coffee machine, but that is such a minor and not crucial thing to mention! The kitchen otherwise is very well equipped!! And there are plenty of coffee shops down in the street

The place was very spacious, clean, well stocked with everything we needed and in an ideal location to get to all the key places of interest easily by foot. Great view from the bedroom window. The staff were very helpful and a phone number with a person answering for any emergency needs. We loved the place. Entrance to the property was very secure with key pads and entrance codes to the main door and also elevator and apartment door. I had to have them written down, but my daughter seemed to remember them. Overall I would definitely stay there again as I couldn’t fault it and it was very nice inside and in a great location.

Clean, spacious, location

Very central apartment. Close to trams. Restaurants and supermarket. Well equipped with washing machine and dishwasher, lovely towels and other supplies. Great welcome pack. Friendly and helpful cleaners.

Suggestions not criticizing. Tourist maps and information in the apartment would be good to help with orientation. The checkin is quite complicated and not so user friendly. It’s a bit impersonal. All our other accommodation has hosts to welcome us and give us tourist information.
