Extreme value! The hotel was clean, calm, and the staff was very nice. I had no issues with my stay and will look forward to staying again. Again, amazing value for NY!

Great location, 3 subway stations within walking distance, hotel staff very friendly and helpful, room was basic but nice and clean, hairdryer and iron in the room, no coffee maker in the room but the hotel provides facilities in the common area, so bring your coffee or you can find nice little coffee shops within 5min walking distance from the hotel 😊 I'd definitely stay again if travelling to New York!

Bit noisy street, so if you are a light sleeper, bring the earplugs. Other than that, I can't fault this hotel! Definitely recommend for budget travel.

The room was clean, the receptionist always helpful. The hotel is located close to metro station and citibike rental station is just few meters from the hotel which is very convenient. The room has shadows in the window and a/c so it was pleasant there even in the hot summer days. The bathroom was clean, we got clean towels almost everyday.

The hotel is located in China town where the streets are dirty with lot of trash. Trash bags are piled on the streets but usually the garbage truck took them away everyday. The hotel rooms are not well soundproofed so you might hear the guests in neighbouring rooms coming in and out. Fortunately, our neighbours were not noisy. The trash was not collected from our room everyday so we put it in front of the room door and the cleaning ladies took it from there.

The hotel is located in Chinatown, not far from the Brooklyn bridge and 1h by walk from time square. I liked the place, it was comfortable and spacious enough

When we arrived, after a long flight from Europe, the lady at the reception told us that there were no rooms available when we booked the hotel a while ago, which is not a good start for your trip and I didn't like that approach. The room was not cleaned every day but except that it was fine. Of course expensive but what to expect in New York I guess

there were signs saying to expect room service and bed changes but we only had new towels and no new bed.

The room was quiet, the ac worked well and it was clean. Good water pressure in the shower, clean sheets and the bed was comfortable. You cannot beat the price. I would not hesitate to stay in this hotel again.

The price for the location in Manhattan with a private room and bathroom is perfect - we could not find anything cheaper. The room was cosy and clean, and there was an iron and hair dryer. It was convenient that they had a fridge in the common area on the 3rd floor. The staff was okay and friendly, but could be a little more enthusiastic. The location in China Town was great - three subway stations nearby, there are various restaurants and bars nearby. We paid the 100$ deposit by card and they returned it the next day after the check out as promised.

Some towels and bed linen, even though they felt like have been washed, still had some stains on it. So would recoment to discard the textilles that have stains that do not wash away anymore. The common area on the 3rd floor looks quite sad and more like a storage room. In that area they do have a kettle, but no mugs or utensils. The noise from the street is quite intense but with earplugs it was fine.

We had a double room with private bathroom. The room was spacious, clean, freshly redecorated, very comfortable bed, powerful A/C. There was a hairdryer, iron and iron board. We've been borrowing kettle from reception to make coffee/tea. Location itself convenient to travel around city.

Could do with more storage, fridge and kettle in the room. Some towels seen better days. The bed linen was stained. Shared 3rd floor fridge not working. Location a bit rough
