The room was very clean and the view was spectacular. The shower was excellent and I felt very comfortable with evertyhing about my stay. The rooftop bar was absolutely beautiful and i watched the superbowl from there. The staff was wonderful also loved the location with little italy and chinatown right at the doorstep. Also there is a close subway. I recommend this hotel to highly you will not be dissapointed john k boston

The room was very spacious! I felt like we were staying in a suite. The hotel is conveniently located near public transportation and I highly recommend this place if you are visiting Chinatown. I would return once again.

I wish we could have stayed one more night here :( The in house ramen restaurant could have been a bit more. It was highly cramped and the bartender messed up our order. I didn't say anything at that point because he looked really busy as he was not only the bar tender, but we was also the waiter and cashier.

Convenient location and friendly staff. Clean rooms and good views of the city.

Anyone can access the floors without a key card. Not possible to reserve cribs ahead of time. No flexibility for late checkout.

We had a room with a view. Comfortable bed and good shower. Breakfast was simple but a decent start of the day. Location is great. You can visit Staten Island, Brooklyn Bridge, Little Italy or Chinatown by foot. For the rest of NY you have to take the subway. Station is around the corner. The restaurant and pur downstairs have good food and drinks.

We had a room on the upper floor. We expected to be higher than 14 of 24.

Fantastic hotel. Location is good if you want to be on the lower east side. It is on a pretty busy corner so there is some traffic noise but the rooms have awesome views.

Hotel had turned off the HVAC system as it was a little cooler outside. I'm assuming this was for cost savings which was fine, however they didn't tell me and I was very hot the first night (with the AC turned on). I called the front desk the following morning to let them know the AC wasn't working and that's when they told me it was off and I would need to open a window.

From the moment we arrived until the moment we left the staff were incredibly helpful, No issue to small (extra coffee in room, arranging transfers etc) for them to handle. The location was fantastic, right in the middle of chinatown a 10 minute walk to little Italy. 30 mins walk to Statin Island ferry. 10 min walk to Lafayette for tourist bus. Room spacious and spotless, house keeping everyday. Breakfast was continental. Wide selection of bagels, pastries, waffles, cereals and fruit. Staff were always on had so nothing ever ran out.

My stay was too short.

The hotel was in a great location, clean, and the staff was very nice! The hotel was well its worth for its location! The subway was literally a three minute walk away from the hotel which was super convenient for traveling around and it really was in the heart of Chinatown so you were also close to Little Italy too. I got to the hotel an hour early before check-in, but the staff at the front was nice enough to hold my luggage until check-in, they gave me a little card so I can find my bag once I came back after roaming around. My hotel room was cleaned up and the consumables (towels, soaps, and etc.) were replaced every day. It was really nice! I enjoyed my stay.

The only thing I would say that I didn't like is that the design is a little outdated (carpet and all) and there really is no microwave in your hotel room. I don't believe that is a listed amenity, but if you're trying to bring leftovers as you would with all the food places to eat in NYC to heat up, it better be something that can be eaten cold because your food isn't going to be heated any time soon.

A very nice hotel. The staff was wonderful. The attached restaurant was very good. The room was a good size. We had a room with a balcony which had fabulous views toward the Empire State Building. The location was great. In Chinatown near the Italian area so lots of great food around. We were visited the Tenement Museum which was just a short distance away. And there is an accessibility elevator from street level so you can avoid the stairs if needed.

The only thing was something the hotel can't fix. The bathroom was a good size with floor to ceiling windows. But the bathroom door for some reason was lightly frosted glass, and the toilet was just on the other side of the door. So sitting on the bed I had a "great" view of the toilet. Not my favorite. 😄. Also that meant the toilet holder was a good arm stretch from the toilet. And I'm rather tall woman. Very strange layout!

Very nice and helpful staff, they were organized and focused on the guest. The room was very clean and had everything I needed, as well as a decent view. I also liked that continental breakfast was included, and that there was plenty of locks on the door to make me feel more comfortable as a single woman traveling.

There was nothing I actually disliked, but the size of the room was smaller than I expected based on the photos. I understand that sometimes it’s beyond anyone’s control, but the ability to check in a little earlier than 3pm would have really made this a perfect trip.
