The room was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable. The tv worked and there were facilities for coffee and tea, The location was close to the city and shops. There were facilities for washing and drying my clothes.

They had an option to get the team to refresh the room. I went to reception and book it in for the next day. The next day, I returned to my room and it was not done. I went to reception and asked why and they said sorry that it was missed. I had to ask for more things for the room.

Good price, comfortable hotel. It fitted our requirements to Launceston for our weekend visit, for a relatives birthday celebration elsewhere. We were there only literally to sleep. It was very quiet and the beds were comfortable. It had a nice view. We booked 3 Queen size rooms for 2 nights for 5 Adults.

On initial booking I requested at least 1 or 2 of the 3 rooms we booked to be on the ground or lower floors, as my 90 year old dad was 1 of the guests and doesn't do stairs very well. On check in we were given 3 rooms on the 3rd floor. Luckily Dad managed to get up the stairs with help. The driveway and parking is quite steep, so probably not really good for elderly people. Note: there are no lifts on site. We managed the minor hiccups and had a nice stay.

Property is in a great location on the edge of the CBD and I had a great view out of the room over the Tamar river and some of Launceston. Bed was comfortable and warm, nice big room with queen bed, plus some chairs and a small coffee table. Separate toilet from the bathroom is great as well. Rob on the front desk was mega! Helped me out when I had to stay an extra few nights. Just the right guy on the counter. Saw Matt quite a few mornings on my stay and always said gday and was cheerful and happy to have a chat. Thanks guys for the hospitality!

The room was large open & airy. Good bathroom & liked the separate toilet. Comfy bed & nice squishy pillows. Man at reception very nice & extremely helpful getting my TV to work for me. Good to see tea & coffee were complimentary in the room.

As an older lady I found it difficult lugging my suitcase up 3 lots of stairs to my room. I also found the door hard to unlock. I was disappointed that there were no bottles of water or a soft drink available in the room's fridge plus there were no tissues or a face washer provided.

I was only there for such a short time, arrived late after a long return flight from overseas, long stop over in Sydney, so I was exhausted! Just needed a bed before driving home to the NW coast the next day. The person I spoke to on the phone about the booking and my late arrival was super helpful, and friendly. Late check in was easy… and the bed was really comfortable, nice pillows. I had a wonderful sleep! Just what I needed. Shower was also good, everything was clean, and worked! The room was dated, but nice and spacious. Good value for money. I would stay definitely stay again.

Being Launceston… steep! A lot of stairs with a big suit case, but no real drama… and nice night times views made it worth it!

Things our family of four adults liked - price, convenient location, plenty of power points, ample parking available on site, and the air conditioner which we really needed as it was ~30 degrees C

While there is plenty of parking some spaces involve parking horizontally on a steep incline which makes it difficult to stop car doors hitting adjacent cars.

The centrality of the location, the smart TV, aircon, availability of laundry onsite, friendly staff, and a tidy, comfortable room. Considering the cost, the amenities in the room are thoughtful and usable for guests.

The car park is not leveled and has a lip upon back entry which can scuff the vehicle if not careful. A warning sign could be helpful, or a sign in a more obvious position if there already is one. I advise other guests to use the street entrance to avoid unwanted vehicle damage.

The room and facilities in the room are good. The location is convenient, close to many restaurants.

There was a slight smell of humid in the room. After entering the room for 5 minutes, I didn't notice that smell anymore. However, every time I went out and came back, I could smell that uncomfortable smell. I opened the window a bit to reduce the smell but it didn't help. However, as I only stayed there less than 12 hours (1 night), so it's not a big issue.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. It's a great location, within walking distance of the town. Price was good, room was large and well equiped. The room was comfortable and sealed, and the aircon kept the place warm and cozy.

Room was a little dated, shower leaked. It wasn't a problem for me but, while located within walking distance from the town centre, it is situated on a steep hill. The car park is also on a steep slant so parking is a little challenging especially when the carpark is full.

The room was excellent, with an awesome view. The location is on the crest of a high hill surrounded by some grand old and new buildings. My room was clean and tidy, with good light and space and sensibly equipped. The staff were easy to communicate with and really helpful. Despite being in a busy city, I was impressed how quiet the room is.

My only complaint is that the mattress was lumpy on both sides, with a hard ridge down the center. Not good for sleeping and not good for my back.
