The owners Yoga and Amy were very kind and accommodating. The rice fields are beautiful and the location very peaceful yet very close to ubud.

Staffs would occasionally check the outdoor coffee area and would refill immediately when they see any dirty cups/coffee powder that needs refilling. The toast they have for breakfast is out of this world and the best I've had in Ubud. Also very quick room service and I liked they have option to pay for laundry as well.

Just a minor issue that is outside the villa's control but it is advisable not to leave any food in the room/keep the luggage closed if there's any souvenirs/food inside as a lot of ants managed to get inside my friend's souvenir which was packed in plastic/unopened and the ants still managed to bit inside. As the room is made of wood and styled "rural-y" it is expected for gaps underneath the door/floor so need to pay extra attention for this! There aren't much "warungs" nearby so if you want to eat outside you may need to go to Ubud Central city area for that.

Nice villa! The location is pretty good, it is 5 min from Ubud but there is no noise from traffic, very calm atmosphere like in the village. Staff is the best in our traveling experience. They remembered our names at the first day. Every day they offered tea and coffee free and clean the room very properly. It is convenient that everything is in one place. You can eat at the Restaurant, rent a bike and give clothes to laundry. At the restaurant there is very tasty Thai food. We recommend Tom Kha Kai, Pad Tai noodles and many fresh juice flavors! By the way, the breakfast included was pretty nice too (5 options).

Good signal of wi-fi but sometimes there were some problems with connection. But if you use Internet not for work it would be fine!

Room and pool was nice.

The hot water flow was a little slow. There would be no way to have a hot bath.

Our room was large, bright and nicely furnished. There was also a balcony with a beautiful view and a pool to use. We felt very comfortable. Amy and Yoga are great hosts and helpful. There is a restaurant next door with delicious food and scooter hire is also available. Everything your heart desires! We will definitely be back and can recommend the accommodation.

We travelled from Australia and really enjoyed ourselves. We had our own private pool, the room was spacious and very warm and inviting. An easy place to relax while overlooking the rice terraces. Definitely a highlight of our trip :). It’s outside of main Ubud, but tbh this is still a positive, go for a walk early morning - the surrounding area is beautiful and very relaxing. You’ll see lots of rice terraces and farmland. And there’s some nice boutique things to do, noticed cooking lessons, Thai restaurants to eat at, and of course the Tegalalang rice terraces are a must see. The owners are very nice and gave us tonnes of great recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area.

We stayed in the King Room, with a private pool. The room opens to serene rice fields where at night is blessed with fireflies. We left the door open at night and just breathed fresh air. We highly recommend this room although it is situated at the end part of the property. Yoga, his wife Amy and staff are extra ordinarily warm and helpful. Staff were delightful and fun.

Lighting at night on the path down to the villa could be improved as we almost stepped on creatures such as frogs, mice and snails. During the day there was a construction going, very noisy and we actually had to leave, as the tile cutting noise was very loud and disturbing.

The Deluxe king room was amazing, my partner and I had a great stay with a beautiful plunge pool looking out over the rice fields and the staff were so lovely and very helpful. Unfortunately the down side was the other room - my father in law was travelling with us and he booked a regular king room, which was basically an unfinished version of our room, and still in construction during the visit. He had an empty plunge pool and while the room was clean and comfortable his outdoor area was a messy worksite and there were workers there all day, so it wasn't very peaceful or private for him. If we had known in advance we could have booked a different room for him. In saying that, when it is finished it will be a wonderful place and the other rooms around the property seemed lovely and peaceful, the location is wonderful and the owners very kind caring people. They made us feel at home, everything was great other than the construction which we wish we had been warned about.

Not being warned of construction on one of the rooms. Everything else was fantastic and we will visit this place again.

- Nice owner with friendly family and staff. They live in the same building but keep their guests' privacy well. - When we checked in our room was under renovation so they allocate us 1 night to their other property and upgraded the rooms which were gorgeous place with superb view. - Tranquil ambience with cool windy air when you open the big windows. We didn't use aircon because it was cool enough at night - Every morning they provided breakfast though not many options. We noticed they washed our car on the first day... Thank you!

- They were building a swimming pool so it was noisy and dusty as my room was facing the pool. - Location is a bit far to central Ubud, 15-20mins by motorbike. The road is also steep and winding without lighting.

Yoga and Amy the couple who own this homestay have treated us like their own family. They treat all the guests with a pleasant smile. Their dishes were very authentic and delicious.
