New and modern Hotel on fist coastline) the architectural design makes it stand out from other hotels, the gray stone in combination with the green trees planted on the walls of the hotel look like an oasis among stone buildings. 5 stars without a doubt, excellent and friendly service, the interior of the hotel is magnificent. the room is clean, cool and always stocked with all accessories, it makes you happy, there is no need for anything, you just relax, and the hotel takes care of your comfort. The hotel's rooftop pool with beautiful view allows you to relax and forget about the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The sea is close across the road, and my favorite bar is also there, where you can enjoy cappuccino in the morning enjoying the voice of the sea. The location of the hotel is excellent, everything is accessible - restaurants, shops, embankment the city center can be reached in five minutes by taxi. You can drive to the Dragon Bridge in five minutes and there you can walk along the embankment, visit shops, cafes and enjoy the views of the beautiful Da Nang. The hotel is modern and clean, with spacious rooms that are comfortable and well-designed. The breakfast was great, offering good vegan options, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The gym was excellent – very modern equipment, plenty of space for yoga and stretching, and we even had it all to ourselves during our stay.

There are a few areas where improvements could be made: • The room was a bit cool, especially the floor, which could benefit from some additional warmth. • Streaming services on the TV would be a welcome addition. • The price for a standard coffee at the rooftop bar was surprisingly high.

I initially booked a 3-day stay at M Hotel in Da Nang, but the experience was so exceptional that I extended my stay to a full two weeks. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the hotel’s modern design, impeccable cleanliness, and stunning views overlooking the city and ocean. Every corner of the property is meticulously maintained, creating a luxurious and comfortable atmosphere. The location is also ideal, with easy access to Da Nang’s vibrant attractions while still offering a peaceful retreat. A special mention must go to the hotel’s management team, particularly Manager Quynh Anh, whose dedication and professionalism truly set this hotel apart. Quynh Anh went above and beyond to ensure my stay was flawless, accommodating my needs with grace and efficiency. Her warm and approachable demeanor made me feel incredibly welcome, and her team reflects the same high standard of hospitality. I’ve traveled extensively, and the service here ranks among the best I’ve ever experienced. I cannot recommend M Hotel enough for anyone visiting Da Nang.

New hotel with huge rooms. Great shower and a comfortable bed. The swimming pool is lovely on the top floor, although we didn’t use it due to cloudy weather. The breakfast buffet selection was great. We also used the laundry service which was not too expensive and our clothes came back smelling great and folded nicely.

We had to queue for breakfast on the first day, although only for about 5 mins as the hotel staff brought more tables and sorted this out quickly. One of the hotel staff was quite insistent on us using their local taxi to get to Hoi An (even though we were about to order a grab taxi through the app), we ended up agreeing and then were being sold tours and other services all throughout our journey there. Not a huge problem, just something to be aware of if you want a quiet ride into Hoi An.

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We looked at several options as wanted somewhere clean, modern with a good location and this was perfect. The hotel is directly opposite the beach and there are lots of restaurants and coffee shops in the area behind the hotel. It's 15 mins drive from the airport and easy to get a car to travel to main tourist spots like the Monkey Mountains, Hoi An and the centre of Da Nang. The hotel is much larger than I expected and the rooms are very clean and spacious - the whole hotel has a very new and modern feel. The breakfast area is very large and it can get quite busy. The views from this hotel are incredible especially from the pool areas at the top.

The room cleaning time is up to 5pm we were told, so sometimes had to request our room to be cleaned earlier as it's nice to return to a clean room after a day out. Sometimes it was a bit tricky to communicate with staff due to the language barrier - but we got there! Otherwise, very happy with our stay here.

I highly recommend M Hotel Danang to anyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay in Da Nang.

New hotel opened 2024….Very minor teething problems….But the staff here are exceptional - They are so focused on your stay to make it memorable. They are all so together as a team with real warmth, service, trying to please, make sure their guests are happy. I stayed 7 days - Great location - Bar right on the beach. Breakfast not to be missed - It’s a banquet to start the day.

(1) Slippery surfaces around the swimming pool. No handrail on steps leading down to the rooftop pool. (2) No draws/ storage space for Socks, underwear, T shirts etc.

Million dollar views from the ocean view hotel room! Literally steps away from the sand on the beach. The gym is the best equipped i've seen in any hotel to date. Infinity pool and bar on the top floor was immaculate. Free parking in the basement if you hire a bike/scooter. Short walk from all the great cafe's and eating spots.

We were on the 22nd floor (room 2208), it didn't have much sound proofing on the windows (very surprising from a luxury hotel). The wind noise got very loud on a couple of nights (whistling sounds), and early morning traffic noises loud enough to wake you up. No USB ports for charging, disappointing from a newer hotel build :( The room windows slide open completely! VERY dangerous and hazardous if you have kids, even with the glass fence before it.

The hotel is near-new and is interesting design. The hotel location is good, across the road from the beachfront. The room was spacious and very comfortable and had a good view of the ocean through a garden. Loved the bathroom. Great breakfast with so many options. Staff generally were extremely obliging, helpful. Several staff quickly remembered our room number, name and preferences.

Aside from the excellent breakfast offering, there was very limited in-house dining, with only one option available in the lounge area where daily afternoon tea was served. As an English speaker with no Vietnamese, there were a communication issues and misunderstandings with a few staff, particularly over the telephone. Most staff spoke English, otherwise, where possible, they used a translation app. There are no traffic and pedestrian lights to aid crossing the very busy road to walk to the beachfront in front of the hotel.

Excellent hotel - clean, chic, new, wonderful pool and staff. Rooms and common areas are great, I was hoping for this to be the case since I booked in the shoulder season and was expecting rainy days. Location is great, M Hotel clearly stands out as the nicest hotel along the beach road. Awesome things nearby between the beach bar/club, surfing school, billiards halls, and walking path. The private sauna after gym was A++

TV did not support casting, but did have a YouTube App. Had some minor problems in my room with toilet/ shower, but they were addressed promptly. Staff took note and checked in with me day(s) after to make sure everything was still good, professionally and thoughtfully.
