Fabulous location. 3 minutes to queen street station, 2 minutes to the subway, 5 minutes to central station. Comfortable bed we slept really well. The blinds cut out the light really well. Apartment was nice and quiet all the time and was lovely and warm. Everything advertised was in the apartment. Shower hot, pressure ok.

Poor first impression. Opening the door to the building you are faced with old tired stairs and a sticky handrail. It is 82 steps from pavement to apartment and that’s a lot with luggage, no lift. 5 nights booked, 2 adults and in the apartment there were 1 and two thirds rolls of cheap small toilet paper. Really? I’ve paid $1500 for this and you are trying to save about $3 on toilet paper. Obviously the first thing I want to do on arriving is go out and buy toilet paper. I thought that was cheap. We wanted to eat in first night. We first had to clean the pan that had burnt on food inside from a previous visitor. We thought that pans should have been cleaned before we arrived.

The location was excellent. The train station was a block away. Literally around the corner shops and restaurants. It was clean, safe. Perfect spot for our Uber to pick us up for the airport. It may not look like much but when you open the door you are pleasantly surprised by beautiful windows, and simple and tasteful decor. The restaurant “The Wild Olive Tree” across the street has wonderful soups and a great mission so I’d check them out.

No elevator can be challenging but they placed us on the first floor(not to be confused with ground level). That wouldn’t stop me from staying again. I’d just advise letting them know if you need the first floor.

The location was fantastic. Set between two main stations for good travel links, lots of cafes, bars, and restaurants within easy walking distance as well as some major attractions and shopping areas. The apartment itself was very clean and had great facilities, including a washing machine and dishwasher. The staff were really helpful. We had an incident with a faulty sliding door and it was fixed immediately, very on the ball. Having the door code system was great meaning we didn't have to worry about losing the keys or locking ourselves out. It can happen! Altogether, a great place to stay for exploring Glasgow and the Edinburgh Festival.

It was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. Centrally located, and staff was responsive. The apartment was very well appointed, with everything we needed.

80 steps up to our apartment, no elevator! So you must have no mobility issues to access your lovely apartment. Also there was an issue with my credit card which was resolved as soon as I was notified, but notifications kept coming that our trip would be cancelled. This was worrisome. The on line staff were very helpful in assuring me that the reservation was still ok.

Excellent location for Glasgow. The apartment was well furnished and very spacious and nice inside. There are plenty of restaurants and things to do nearby. We went to Glasgow for a concert at the theater royal and it was a good location for this. Buchanan galleries are a short walk away with plenty of shopping facilities. Very close to Queen street station for trains and also nearby overnight parking available within a short walk. Would recommend these apartments and will return for sure.

We were located on the 3rd floor, which is a bit of a hike up the stairs. Unfortunately, my wife had hurt her knee prior to going, but this was our issue, and we were informed of the upper apartment before travelling, so it was our issue, and we decided to go. We are glad we did as it was excellent. We just had to plan our coming and goings with the stairs.

Absolutely amazing apartment. Excellent location, with everything on your doorstep. Spotlessly clean, had everything you could possibly need! I was travelling on my own and the building felt very safe and secure. I was on the top floor (apartment 10) bit of a hike, but very do-able :) The windows opened fully giving lots of fresh air. Spoke to a lovely chap on the phone prior to checking in, and managed to get in a wee bit earlier. Loved using the keyless entry system...all very easy. I'll definitely stay here again, can't recommend it highly enough.

Only gripe was the noise from Buchanan street...but there's not a lot you can do about that if you choose a city centre location :)

It was an excellent apartment - outstanding location, close to everything yet peaceful and quiet. The apartment was very comfortable with everything needed for our stay. I would recommended it to others as an excellent place to explore Glasgow from. Very close to both major rail stations and the subway/tube.

Nothing - we were on the third floor and the walk up was a bit of a challenge initially but well worth it for the quality of the apartment - its one of the best we have stayed in.

Location was perfectly central. Great view. Apartment spacious. Modern. Almost spotlessly clean. Nice bed. Ease of getting in to flat was perfect. Just really liked it a lot and would recommend it to anyone we know

A MASSIVE notice on the booking regarding LEZ would be super helpful or at least on the PARKING information. We were stung for £90 as long as we pay on time. Although seemingly spotless, under bed and around furniture feet could have been even better.

The location is excellent, very central and accessible. The apartment was very well set out with everything you need for your stay provided , including tea and coffee, towels, shower products, hairdryer, ironing board etc.

Not having a lift. Not something they could change about the property and something you are made aware of in advance. As it’s central , if you open the windows for fresh air there’s a bit of noise from the street in the evening from local clubs etc and the smell of smokers outside.

Central location, close to the main attractions including the train station. Yet quiet during the evening. Nearby eateries. Loved that the airport bus stops near the apartment. Studio apartment was compact and had the needed kitchen facilities to make a good meal. Bed was firm and comfortable.

No groceries shops nearby. Had to walk about 10 mins to reach the nearest Tesco. No actual table in the apartment other than the extended kitchen countertop with bar stools. No surface to place glasses or plates in front of the TV. Window sills were quite dirty but not unexpected.
