Location is superb, just next to Gotemba Station, free bus to Gotemba Premium Outlet as well Going to Fuji Safari or Kawaguchiko is also easy just board from the other side of the station. Family Mart also only about 3 minute walk, Hotel also have laundry machine. Perfect Am very happy with the hotel, great value !

the down side is only the hotel can let you enter the room after 4 pm unless you are a toyoko member, they will let you enter at 3 pm. A bit late for hotel in Japan (usually after 2 or 3 pm)

The breakfast was superb—lots to choose from. Very clean room/facilities. About as close to the train station and bus stop as you can get (i.e., right outside the front door).

I didn't like how you have to scan a QR code and pay with a credit card to use the washer/dryer. That seemed a bit ridiculous. Like the other Toyoko Inns I've stayed at, you have to scan your room key to use the elevator. I understand the security reasons for this, but it makes it a bit cumbersome to do when your hands are full.

Excellent position right behind the train station, a perfect solution if you need to stay overnight in Gotemba. The property is clean, with free toiletries and tea/coffee in the lobby. Also, a decent breakfast was included. The room was large for Japanese standards, clean, and with a nice view on the surroundings.

The room smelled like it was before used as a smoking room. Even if during my stay the room was non-smoking, likely the moquette has not been replaced. Price was a bit high due to holiday but still ok.

- Decent size for a business hotel triple room. - Right next to the station. - Staff was very helpful even though they can't speak English (they use a translator). - Location is great, near many restaurants.

- 2nd Parking lot was quite far from the hotel. - Bathroom was super small. - Check in and check out time, in my opinion, is extremely unfair to guests (16:00-10:00), which many Japanese hotels seem to have these timing.

Comfortable location, just 2 mins walk from the Gotenba station. Great if you plan to visit/climb Fuji and use buses a lot. Spacious room, with well-equipped bathroom. All you may need, plus a small fridge and a kettle. We had very good night's sleep. Good breakfast, a lot to choose from. Overall wonderful value for this price! The switcher for the main light in the room was hard to find, but that's the only complain we can have :)

Super close to Gotemba station. Amenities like sleepwear, facial wash, and basic toiletries are provided. Free coffee and printing are provided, which is super handy. The buffet breakfast was great, too. They provide free shuttle to fujikyu highland (not the train station, you have to walk 1km from the drop off point). Had a great stay. Typical Japanese- small space, but efficient.

The location is the best, just next to Gotemba station. We got off from Haneda airport to Gotemba and stayed one night here before traveling to Kawaguchiko by rental car. With children & luggages, I dont think we can pick another better hotel. Plus it’s really convenient and easy to go to Gotemba Premium Outlet by the free shuttle bus. Room is tiny, but clean, comfortable and modern.

The hotel is very close to the bus station (less than 5 mins) making a great place to stay if you plan to get an early bus/train the next day! We took a bus to climb Mt.Fuji the next day and it was located in the perfect place for our needs! Staff are super nice as well !

Super nice and clean. The size of the room is much bigger compare to the room in the city. We love their buffet breakfast. Also the shuttle service to and from gotemba is just near the hotel.

They should have a staff that could speak and understand english language for easy communication.

Location was ideal. Stayed here for a night after visiting Kawaguchiko en route to Hakone. Right opposite the train station and bus stops for Tozan bus and shuttle bus to the premium outlet. Price included a simple buffet breakfast. Coffee machine, washing machines and vending machines at the lobby. Staff was very patient and helpful. You get to see Mt Fuji from the room. Great find in Gotemba!
